She often talks more straight and cries when Amma is not there....never in front of her. Today was a good example.

Did anyone see any actual tears in her last video?
Seriously what are you guys watching that I’m not? She was completely raw talking about her fears about the surgery, it’s not at all weird she releases those emotions when she’s alone. She tries to be strong because she knows it upsets her mum. I find her irritating and deceptive but some of this stuff is reaching for anything to dislike her for now. You want her to express herself and when she does you just say she’s lying anyway 
I see she pulled the old “the nurse or Dr come to talk to you but I was still too dozey “ routine again - even though she said she’d had a prolonged stay in recovery due to bleeding and could clearly remember what went on there.
Sure … I get that but using social media to
vent and air such private thoughts, emotions and fears so as to protect another is a weird concept, to me anyway. I’m sure many of her family members/extended family would be watching everything she vlogs… I’m sure her mum is well in the loop. I’m not sure the idea of venting to the world is actually protecting anyone?
Ok, so surgery is definite because of what was seen in the scans and it doesn't matter what the biopsy shows, so when she met three hours with the specialists did they tell her that or are they talking about different scans? Because i know in the car discussion I heard tiffany say , "what if the biopsy shows no cancer?" to which her sister replied, " then it's another wait and watch for 4 weeks". And Matt goes "yeah". That's a big thing to hear wrong or not understand. It looks like she's got a good surgeon though. I admire the healthcare system in the UK, it seems they treat people kind. It's a huge money making endeavor in other places.
… perhaps the private system may be for money making but I can say without question that Public Health in first world countries is actually not for profit and they run way behind budget … there are no extra pennies to be had. It’s a constant robbing Peter to pay Paul in public health but as I said yesterday, want the best, need great expertise and you can’t go past public health, despite their piggybanks being empty 
All the gratitude to the nurse stuff made me wonder what she thought nurses do? Does she think people are stuffed with blue and pink cotton wool balls and puke glitter? Yep, probably.
I thought it was rather touching if naive that she wanted to buy the nurse some chocolate. My heart went out to her in this vlog actually. She is really scared and with good reason.
I think that was in response to some of the comments here saying she should appreciate the staff more, or something like that.
I would honestly be shocked if her family watches all of her videos, just my feeling. They are around her so much and likely feel they know everything they need to know. I just can't see them having the time nor inclination. As far as Tiffany venting online to strangers, I'm certainly not saying she is doing the videos solely to protect her loved ones. Of course, I'm sure it's cathartic and helpful for her, but I do also believe, irrelevant of her channel, that she tries to protect Amma from some of the fears and sadness she has. I think it's pretty natural. I would do the same with my loved ones. When you see Amma and Tiffany in the car together, just the look on Amma's face is so pained and worried. Much as our loved ones want to be there for us, you naturally don't want to add to a loved one's worry.Sure … I get that but using social media to

Bingo.....well spotted. I think you could be right. Especially as she made sure to let everyone know her intention. She generally refers to healthcare staff as “they” except for “My” surgeon. I seem to remember Matt telling her to disregard what the CNS told her on the phone......

I understand people skip through her videos but in the vlog from today there are quite clearly tears in her eyes and running down her face! 22 min time stamp if you need to check.

yes that was discussed and it struck me as odd that whole spiel about the nurse and how awful that she should deal with Tiffany's blood etc. It seemed in direct response to comments made.
O my, that man must have a hard time. He really adores the ground where his wife walks on so the current situation must be heartbreaking for him. Luckily for him he finds hope in his belief.
Yes, that is where I am confused. If the scans already showed that she needed surgery, why were Matt and Elodie under the impression that depending on the biopsy, there might be another Watch and Wait?
Also, Tiff said that if the surgeon saw cancer, he wouldn’t take a biopsy. He would just do the surgery without it. I feel like some information is missing here.Agreed. As if she thinks the anonymous subs on YT can really offer her the kind of help she needs! It's insane! I think a large part of her reluctance to express her fears to Amma and Matt is because to do so pops the bubble in this fantasy world they all exist in. Each of them tiptoes around each other, all pretending everything is OK, when it's anything but. None of them wants to confront the stark reality facing Tiffany. So everyone puts on a fake happy face. I truly fear none of them is prepared for what lies ahead. They all seem to take it for granted that the surgery will cure Tiffany. I fear it will not. Tiffany has no one strong enough to help her face the awful truth of what her future will look like.

Ok, again she is terrified in this video. I really don’t know if it is from the procedure or the blood loss she undergoing but it is a real wake-up call. I think that of her inability or unwillingness to educate herself she really doesn’t know or understand what is going on.
