It's hard work getting used to it in your system, and I found taking it at night is better for me than in the morning but it makes me feel like me, without being a zombie. I’ve been on highest dose for 2 years. I can tell you it saved my life. There’s some down sides but for me worth it that I can get up and get through life dailyI’m just about to join this club
