Do we believe this? I'm sorry but I'm still in the "talks more shite than ten arses" boat (props to @PeterPanFan for the best turn of a phrase I've ever heard)

It's really not that simple for a person to be sectioned... It's extremely difficult in fact. Multiple professionals have to sign it off. It isn't as simple as people think.

I've shared before on the Bulley thread, my mum was seriously mentally unwell. One of the many times that she was threatening to end her life and I was young so didn't know what to do.
I phoned her doctor and they said my mum had all the tools and support available to get the help she needed from the crisis team.
I asked if she could be sectioned because I didn't think she was safe and was a danger to herself and they spoke to her on the phone and said no, because she had the human right to refuse it.

What she's saying doesn't seem sincere at all.

Maybe she went in for an emergency assesment and for mum and step-dad to get respite?

I haven't listened/watched it all but I had a best friend at school who the summer of 6th year took an overdose and ended up being in hospital overnight to be monitored, had one single chat with a specialist on her way out the door after being discharged and was not seen again. No follow up, nothing. A 17 year old who had taken a lot of pills and then talked her way out of any more help. She admits she said everything they wanted to hear but from the snippets of that video that aimee has done, it doesn't cone across as genuine. I'm not saying she didn't harm herself but the way she speaks about things makes me think she's always adding drama to the story.
Mental health is nothing to be ashamed of but I can't help but think of her children coming across this in a few years time and their peers using it to upset them. I don't really know what I'm trying to get across but it just doesn't sit right with me.

Ok I’m on holiday and have time while sitting sunning myself so listened on an airpod while the kids are playing in the pool: didn’t watch so can’t comment on what she looks like but I did do a little timeline….
Oct 2012 - gran passed away when she was 20 and she was sectioned (worked out this as she gave her age and the month it happened) Kyle broke up with her and fucked off to Newcastle and then ignored her after she tried to unalive herself.
11th Nov 2012 - 21st birthday (dating that from her 30th birthday)
31st Dec 2012 - her and Kyle “start talking again” (says that on GAL)
Skip forward…..
19th Nov 2013 Kaiden was born. (Dated that by his birthday post on insta)
That means she fell pregnant in Feb 2013. 6 weeks after her and Kyle started talking again: oh and she says before Kaiden she had a miscarriage so in the space of 6 weeks she started talking to him again, had a miscarriage then fell pregnant again.
In summary it was 4 months from sectioning to pregnancy. Aimee Kilgour making sound life decisions as per usual lol: sorry I smell shite.

This timeline just makes so much sense when you think about their entire relationship, or lack of relationship.

This whole car crash of a life is becoming more confusing. She really does seem to forget what stories she has told before and constantly creates new versions or new stories altogether.

I wouldn’t imagine you'd manage to get three professionals to sign off to detain someone under the Mental Health Act for using tweezers on your arm. You could make a right mess of your arm but it would mainly be superficial injuries. I'm starting to wonder if she was perhaps detained for mental health assessment and maybe got her depression diagnosis then. I'd also question if it was actually bipolar disorder she was diagnosed with due to her extended periods of mania followed by long term depressive episodes.

This is maybe why medical and mental health professionals aren't believing that she has ADHD, given that the manic episodes with Bipolar could account for her random, tiktok found symptoms.

Either way, I reserve my sympathies for Kyle and the kids. It's clear that it must be difficult living with hurricane Aimee and until she takes some accountability, I'll have no sympathy.

I’ve watched about quarter of it so far.
How could you block out a memory of someone pushing you on rail tracks? If that did happen then how wasn’t police involved? Isn’t that like attempted murder? We all do forget things then someone reminds you of a memory but not ohh remimber that time you got pushed on the train tracks… like wtf and low was the train track ground level? not a platform? Am 50/50 with ATM he allowed house move, he allowed another baby but at same time what kind of home is that to live in? Remimber when Callie said something about help mummy when she’s stressed, what child at age 5 knows about that? I mean driving losing my sense of direction off the cuff remark I would had said this is stressing me out but no once would they see me cry, stressed, beds stripped, or me going in ripping off wallpaper or having weeks washing lying about or even tell them about a miscarriage kids these days are exposed to too much stuff at young age. Yes there is awareness then there’s Aimee… Aimee seems to be bit of a hypochondriac.
I’ve said before am not 100% in the know of adhd and autism but my view is that this is all depression.
The whole dad thing isn’t because he was stealing her mum is probably jealousy because her siblings still had their dad in their life and Aimee didn’t ever have that but yet still had a man that took Aimee on and brought her up as me of his own.

Anyone with common sense would had said stay in house we are in, no need for 2 dogs. No more babies, do not rip off wallpaper without back up plan, asking strangers on the internet how should I decorate my home? What table should I get? Do right thing until we get you sorted Aimee but they didn’t just done total opposite.
I’m not being cruel but from outside she’s brought it all on herself so hell mend her. I sympathise with ATM about 30%
I’ll need give rest a watch later and see if my opinion changes

Mainly cos she used to lie in her bed all day while her young kids fed themselves and looked after themselves all day, her house was a tit tip but instead of cleaning it she would just have a bath in the middle of the day. Her daughter used to piss herself so she could get a bath and her 2 dogs never left the house… but social workers and teachers advised her that she was a great mum!

Yes and it really annoys her people who jump on the bandwagon because of tiktok etc because she has REAL ADHD symptoms that she’s had her whole life….. that she only realised when she watched and jump on the tiktok bandwagon herself?!

I’m sorry I cannot being myself to watch this GAL, I have a family member who has been struggling for months and months with mental health issues to the point where their own family are scared to be in the house with them as they are threatening to hurt them too. It is only now after speaking to the doctors that they are getting appointments with the mental health nurse which in my honest opinion isn’t enough but we can’t get this fast tracked for the want of trying. She just bleeping opens her mouth and lets her belly rumble! It’s all ME ME ME!!! AiMEE! Get back to the doctors and trust them when they say you don’t have ADHD you’ve got some serious depression/bipolar/personality disorder and you need serious help before you become a danger to your children! Sorry for the rant Tricias

Sorry Callie had poo’d herself and was all over pj bottoms, while she had locked herself in bathroom it was Kaiden that had told Aimee something had happened in hall, there was marks all in carpet.Ruby was still a pup tiny at this point and had free rein of the whole house, what did she expect?
Forever locking herself in bathrooms.
Worse one I seen was bedroom window was open slightly and Callie was leaning on window ledge shouting on someone outside mean while Aimee sat on floor videoing this thinking it was cute. Wouldn’t be so cute if in a split second she leaned on window a fell out. She wonders why social work were called on her.

All above is still able to be viewed on her highlights. Video is out there now of her kid and peeing herself. I hope she takes it down because when she gets older into school and high school kids can easily tease her with that video clip. Disgusting doing that a child.

Shocking isn’t it, all takes is 1 minute for a sibling to accidentally bang others head or slip them under the water, they were so young imagine a child having to carry guilt or unintentionally harming their sibling all because of their mothers actions. It’s not dramatic because we have all heard 1 or stories through media of such thing happening.
My kids are older but I remember I got accidentally locked in bathroom in our first home, couldn’t get handle to go down luckily we had a porch out back door which was directly above bathroom, Mr isa was on way home once he was home I climbed out scratching my hands stomach on the roughcast then a ladder off the porch roof honestly since then I’ve never shut a bathroom door totally, Mr Isa still gives me stick about it to this day, 15 years later. Point is can easily happen so when I see her lock herself in bathroom when she’s home alone with kids gives me the fear. I mean she’s probably have her phone anyways because it’s never out her hand.

What are her symptoms of adhd? Has she shared yet or she still holding that back. All she’s told us she keeps losing her keys, she’s said things she has seen or heard online she can relate to so what are they Aimee?? She talks how it affects her but what about ATM or her kids? Is she able to bath them. Get their school things ready, do school work? Probably why they have dinner 8pm because she can’t get her act together and so simplest of tasks.
Even if she does get told yes it’s adhd I still won’t believe it and am someone that would never judge a medical professional work but if she don’t get what she wants out this what is she going to be like. Hell hole home even more.

Ran around with people she thought were her friends as they were the popular group. How she can have apparently read so much and not realised that there isn’t a magic pill to make it better - medication can only do so much. The biggest things that help are learning how to work with the challenges in your brain, and there are loads of things to try.

The biggest red flag for me is her reluctance to try strategies that help. Instead, she carries on with the car crash behaviour, contradicting herself all the time, moaning at length into her phone, and saying she’s only sharing to help other people.

Who exactly is helped by this? It’s just more excuses for not working and their house being a shlthole.

I dont understand why she's always up so late?! Put your kids to bed at a reasonable time, get some tidying done then go to bed yourself (obviously allowing for feeding the baby if he's awake). Stop staying up with the lights on and phone screen bright as that surely wakes Oakley?
