Twitter is the easiest way to get a quick response - I get responses to mine but then I’m not an utter bleep in my complaints
Same here, I took to twitter last year with DVLA and was responded too within the hour. I know they were struggling with staffing levels but I got a call back and just wanted some acknowledgment they had received my documents and PO. I wasn't being an arse about it in the middle of the pandemic.
Agreed, in desperation I used Twitter to get my (Irish) passport quicker as we were travelling within the week

On many of the Queens stories the mini me has been stuffing her face with pancakes, I think it forms part of her daily diet and definitely doesn’t include her 5 a day for a growing child. TBH I wouldn’t expect anything less from the Clampit family.
