I was at a (Scottish) wedding last month and there was a napkin fanfare when the newlyweds walked into the dinner room

They had the singing waiters at the wedding which is why they were doing the swinging napkins and singing while at dinner. The hotel chain, Waterside, Lochside and Gailes hotel all promote them. To be fair they are good. The person serving your dessert suddenly starts singing but seen it so many times now.
