It was essentially an impulse buy at the blueberry festival.

I tit you not.
Wow! That is pretty hilarious.

I'm curious about how King Jackson is going to respond to the Water Softener.

Maybe all of them will just bathe in the swimming pool they never use.

At least tim finally got someone to come and do the pool every month. How many years was it green? Because he just couldn't be bothered to do it

If he as sensory sensitive as we think he is I don't think he's going to like it. I can see them flocking on a never ending staycation until the water softener is removed and then an angry high on couch slouch moment rant.

@pkd81 That’s a masterpiece of a recap!

The water softening system will be a disappointment to someone, that we can be sure of. My guess is they won’t like the taste and will then start ordering Poland Spring deliveries

So in regards to the ear surgery. My son had chronic issues as well. I took him to the ENT. He definitely had hearing loss and tons of fluid. I was scheduled for surgery about a month and a half after the appointment. I was also on the waiting list to be bumped up sooner. I also live in the Orlando area like these clowns. My ENT was part of Nemours hospital in Lake Nona! My son recovered from the surgery and was normal the next morning. We had a restriction for baths and pools and stuff for a bit, but he was basically normal the next day. I hate the fact they are making that poor kid wait, in pain and unable to hear the world around him. Then again, imagine having to hear his parents drone on and on...

I made this post last thread, but it outlines much of what has been said by them starting with the ENT appointment about the ear tubes for reference. For sure Tim first mentioned the ear infections around the time of their October Halloween Fantasy cruise. I never found the home vlog, but I'll admit I didn't look very hard. If they are really waiting another month for that poor kid to get relief and aren't lying about his condition (I'm not convinced they aren't) they are completely negligent parents and even though the abuse term has been tossed around here a lot, if they have really pushed this surgery off for 6 months, and the kid's hearing is affected and he's dealing with ear infection pain...that really is abuse at this point. 6+ months is a long bleeping time for a kid to have to deal with painful ear infections affecting his hearing.

Here's my post:

Sorry, this post ended up being really long, but it has most of the information in one place. I cannot find where they initially mentioned the ear infection before Christmas. I do remember them talking about it a couple of times, but their videos are so poorly labeled, it's tough. This is a good timeline though.

On January 18th, they make the trek to Winter Garden for the supposed specialist about his ears. That is called A Hot Dog Date in Winter Garden. This is also the ridiculous book store haul vid. The doctor told them he does need ear tubes and apparently you don't have to wear ear plugs while swimming anymore. (I really think this is when the doctor said--ok, one more ear infection and we'll do the tubes and they just ran with it)

J$ hearing test is in the 2/14 home vlog called "Baby's Almost Walking On His Own" which, is hilarious because he know he wasn't actually almost walking. Before J$ gets the tubes, they have to do a hearing test to show there are no other underlying issues. Here's where she said that his "chronic" ear infections are affecting his hearing. And the audiologist was contacting the ENT to start the tube process. On February 14th.

I think Tim tells us everything we have to know in the 2/19 podcast, which was probably recorded on 2/16. He's had an ear infection "since October", he's been on "every form of antibiotics", the doctor was calling "today or tomorrow" to schedule the ear tubes. He talked about the hearing test and how much his hearing is affected by this infection. This was February. Today is April 29th. So it's pretty much May.

This makes absolutely no sense to me as no reputable health care provider would allow a child whose hearing has been affected so greatly by ear infections to wait 3 months for ear tubes. Zero sense. There is so much more to this story and they are giving the stans the pieces that will garner the most sympathy and comments.

Then I'll add what @fiveleggedgoat posted from the live:

Ok, so I don’t think Jenn ever did say how long the waitlist was specifically. She just said “months and months” away.

Found it on the February 26 Live…

Ent told her that they are so quick, they usually squeeze them in pretty soon….

Makes no sense.

Just on malpractice purposes alone it does not make sense.

Ugh, new tacky Element vacation tour complete with an astro-turf wall. They really must be wanting that $ since we are getting lots of sponsored content this week. Wonder if they are going to advertise deodorant again soon.

Not only does the poor kid have to wait 6 months for surgery but how long was he suffering without his parents noticing something was wrong? We don’t know how long this has been going on. I’m sure his teacher had to point out he is having difficulties with his ears.

The title says this one features a "raptor room". The Tattle synchronicity is real. This voog advert clocks in at a mere 21 minutes - even the powergrifters can't be bothered.

Be sure to use code TRACKER for a whopping 5% off when booking this piece of tit. That water ain't going to soften itself for free.

Today's video was an absolute boring vlog. Only reason I saw it was because my kid LOVES Jurassic Park and wanted to see it. I walked away.

I don’t know what antibiotics would be prescribed for a child’s recurring ear infections in the US but as far as I’m aware too much use of them makes the infection resistant and it can completely mess up your stomach. So I hope for Buddy’s sake he hasn’t got stomach problems too. I’m sure his wonderful caring parents are giving him probiotics or kefir to counteract the effects though

Jenn: “ yes, we are still waiting to be called on our 6 month waiting list to get ear tubes… in the meantime, while Buddy’s ears have a hard time draining, let’s bring him to Typhoon Lagoon, where he can tackle 6 foot waves, ear first!!!! Go Buddy!! You totally won that wave!!”

My son was prescribed Amoxicillin for his. Eventually it became less effective. Thankfully he has barely needed it since having tubes in. But the amount of Tylenol and pain relief I had to give him was scary too. Poor kid was always in pain and it showed in his behavior. I feel once Jackson has his done, they will see a totally different kid

I really wonder how that stupid vacation home place stays afloat. I really can't imagine that there would be that much of a customer base who would want to stay in said tacky house or for that matter could afford to. Yet it seems like they keep churning them out. I blanched when Dim was laying down on that couch. I'm glad he at least didn't put his shoes on it but Jesus.

And if OG does have permanent hearing damage because of them not timely intervening I imagine the doctor might actually report them for neglect if that was the case. I somehow think we don't know the entire story with the tubes.

A vacation-home vlog where the Trackers would never stay. And where they would never do an actual WDW vacation from. But let’s watch them tell us how great it is.

Well my “big kid” husband is a totally different person since getting the tubes 2 weeks ago. I checked my calendar, he had the doc appt 3/11, hearing test 3/14, surgery 4/19. Surg - there 6am, OR 7:30, out 8am, home before 10:30am. So easy for such a “return to normal” surgery. It must be like listening from underwater. Hopefully nobody else’s kids from this board have to suffer from that. Let’s hope dumb and dumber than dumb get Jax what he needs.

He’s been slapping his ear since he was a baby. It was noticeable even then something wasn’t right with the kid except I guess to them.
