It’s been mentioned here already but it does make you wonder if they are involved financially in that company somehow.
I go back and forth on this. A few years ago when they stayed at one of those Margaritaville beach cottages, they talked about buying one and renting it out as the The Tim Tracker house. I think if they did actually own one of these themed houses, they'd be stupid not to advertise the
duck out of it as theirs. It would basically guarantee renters because the stans would go nuts over it.
I think they are on Element's payroll, Element pays them X to produce so many house tours and then they get X% on all booking through their code. I just don't understand why, if you are producing a video for a client, they don't do something about their appearance and may add some decent editing. I mean, they look like slobs. At least make yourself look presentable if you are going to work for another company. It doesn't require that much effort for Jenn to at least brush her hair and put on some makeup. Add some text on the screen with basic info for the house. It's not difficult to put just a little effort in.
That said, I've stayed in houses that sleep 20+ people during my time in travel sports. It is absolute hell. You couldn't give me a free 20+ person house to stay in to do a Disney vacation. Disney vacations are exhausting. When traveling with extended family, sports teams, friends, you need your own personal space after a long day at the parks and no matter how big those houses are, 20 people are all on top of each other. No, thank you.
I do wonder though---all of the other vloggers went through a themed rental home phase, but the Trackers are the only ones seem to be continuing with them. And they don't even stay.
