Nope my youngest are 19 and the guidance had just changed to 6 months when they were born, so it was that for a couple of years before she had her first. My oldest it was 12 weeks but that was in 1994
My 19 year old it was 4 months, still have the birth to 5 book.
Then from my 13 year old it’s 6 months.
Then it was more strict from my 6 year old.

Previous post meant to say does Agnes sound American? Like when kids watch YouTubers and mimic it?

I think every child that is born should be treated the same as their first ,like Agnes should have at least one set of new clothes to start her first time at school not how many times removed clothes others have worn ..You see folk what her motive is the more she saves the more she can have for herself ,
I was thinking the other day there wasn't many times I got dressed up always in my working rags ,only made an appointment coz i was desperate for a hair cut ,going to my mums on a sataday and asking if she would watch the kids while i had a bath there in peace otherwise i would have 5 kids wanting to wash me :giggle: wash day was a nightmare ,no automatics out then

I haven’t watched, but the clothes she’s saving, are they really good quality you pay for what you get type clothing or cheap stuff that looks like shit after a few washes?
Mostly looks like supermarket stuff. It's the amount they keep that's crazy to me. With a family that large do they really need to keep ALL of the older girls outgrown stuff for Agnes?! Surely just the stuff from the next oldest girl would be sufficient. Or just buy each child a modest amount for them to get a good amount of wear from then sell/donate. The money 'saved' is surely negated by the time and energy needed to sort/store all those old clothes.

Some of the kids in the same clothes for a week. Sorry but they must stink. And I don’t mean that aimed negatively at the kids- it’s the parents fault. My son (7) will wear the same shorts for maybe 2 days but fresh Tshirt every day. Sometimes he goes through 3 changes of clothes in one day 🙄. Crazy to be buying the younger ones new clothes all the time when they grow so quick. I don’t mind spending a bit more on my eldest because his T-shirts etc generally fit him for a year or so.. plenty of wear.
When they made a big thing of showers for their bedtime routine - is that only on a Friday?? Do they only wash once a week?

My teenage boy would happily wear the same clothes for a week - but he's autistic and doesn't realise it's wrong - I would never let him!! My teenage girl would happily change every hour!

I'd feel bad for the children having a shitty day out as they don't get holidays away but I'm delighted we don't have to listen to fat pat or Porkie pen dribbling on about how everything is "so cool" and 'so cute'🤭eye fucking himself in the camera .The children are always very well behaved apart from the golden girl Agnes at times shouting over pen in the vlogs. It sad how the children are treated so differently.Fat pat spent hundreds on her birthday yet the kids get a shitty buffet the money the last few weeks would definitely have got them a caravan somewhere for even fri-mon it would have been a change of scenery something for them to look forward too.Tbey are clearly slating cadonas publicly to try get reimbursted or freebies they should have researched there day out especially when you've that big brood to contend with .Oh I'd say the mash will be flying🙄And all the money fat Pat's spent on herself and she can't buy Noah a change of clothes she's a selfish mess .

If they can afford to spend £200 on jewellery they can afford to save for a house deposit. Which they should have been doing for the past few years when Ben started thinking about leaving the RAF.

Some next circa 2006.
Then a lot of supermarket items.

Sorry but no school uniform is lasting through children ready to be passed to the next. I bought M&S trousers for mine and they lasted most of the school year but by the end they were worn. I clear out all the uniform drawers end of summer term and restock it. Polos get binned as they’re all faded by end of the year. Same with socks. Trousers etc go in charity bag if they aren’t too bad. The ONLY item I have kept aside for my youngest is a branded pe polo. We have to have the branded ones and they only do pe once a week so it’s still in good nick. That’s it though.
This is me.

I kept the logo Pe shirts which I bought new ones for sports day, PE tracksuit which is hardly worn and school cardigans which were bought recently.
The rest I have cleared out fresh. Been lucky that the stuff I bought last Sept at M&S (20% off 😉) has lasted the year and still could give someone a turn hence we donated them.

I’m still shocked she refers to the stored clothing as HER clothes. That’s so weird.

I still find it odd neither Agnes nor Joseph have gone to pre school with their funded hours. Poor Agnes is going to be thrown in right at the deep end going straight to school.
It’s an odd dynamic.
We have family time and family days ect, the kids are close but they all have their outside friends, time, activities which are not all the same.
And yes when they have funded hours they go off to Pre-school or Nursery because it’s good for them to socialise, make new friend, develops social skills, ect.

I get really weird vibes like they are trying to control and keep them segregated from others. Maybe for vlogging? Or it’s another part of Zoe’s hoarding. She would really benefit from a night out with friends without Ben.

Just seen it.

“This time”. Suggests to me people have been involved with them before.

I think most agree though whoever did it wasn’t wrong, police maybe the wrong people would the police not follow up with social services?

Would the police even be the ones to come if it was just the state of the house? Wouldn’t it be social services?
Is there more to it? Or are they full of shit for sympathy like another family a few days ago? Next it will be thank you for all the wonderful messages, we are happy so we don’t care what others think blah
Yeah, doesn’t exactly seem like a police matter, does it?

Maybe someone phoned the police because the kids are out in the garden first thing in the morning screaming and they thought they’d been locked out 😅

less pay but does he get to keep the house!!
If it’s civil service they won’t keep the house.
They can apply to keep it for a year if they are having problems finding somewhere. It’s extremely unusual for that to happen. Most people have got their lives sorted well in advance not leaving it till the last minute like they have.

surely they need to find a house before sorting college for the eldest girl and a job.
