Because he doesn't have a leg to stand on. With any of them if we're brutally honest. It didn't take him 5 minutes to drop them and move away... but especially with Aria and the new baby.
I'm not sure what's worse really. Being banned from seeing 2 of your 3 kids, or willingly and happily moving away from the 3rd.
