It’s so nice and sunny today so I put a wash on, all excited to dry it outside for the first time this year.

Apologies in advance if we end up back in the depths of winter this afternoon, it’s my fault for putting the washing on. Happens every time

I live in a seaside town and work opposite the pier and was looking out the window yesterday in work and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. It was absolutely rammed as well. Also what people wear soon as there’s a bit of sun, there were lads with no tops on and girls in bum shorts and bralets It was still a bit cold but today is lovely and I’m off. got my washing out already

It reached 13 degrees where I live today. The grass around the hospital I work in has recently been cut and it was so lovely walking back to my car in the milder weather with the smell of freshly cut grass in the air. Lots of pretty spring flowers starting to bloom too. I didn’t realise how much I loved the smell of freshly cut grass until I hadn’t smelled it for 6 months!

I do love having all the windows open in spring just to let my home breathe. Also love changing my bedding into spring time pastel colours 🩷

It feels really spring like here today! It's really bright and sunny but there's a chill in the air, it's lovely I've managed to get some washing out on the line and I have noticed some daffodils growing in my front garden

I have basically kept the population of squirrels and foxes fed with the 100s of bulbs I planted. I hope that a few have made it as daffodils and tulips are my absolute favourite and seeing them starting to pop up gives me hope of brighter, sunnier days. It feels like the sun hasn't even risen these last few days it's been grey and dark.

Oh I absolutely love Spring! Today has been a beautiful day. Chilly, but lovely in the sunshine. I've managed to get washing dried outside on the line after months of tumble drying it. There's something so lovely about freshly washed and air dried clothes isn't there!
Went on a walk to the park today and enjoyed seeing crocuses popping up amongst the grass and random clumps of snowdrops everywhere. The days are getting longer too I love seeing everything coming back to life again and, as mentioned above, Spring is a sign of better days coming.

Oh my god the joy I felt yesterday, I'd done a wash and pegged it out about 2, when I brought it in as it was getting dark, to move to the airer inside, the lightweight stuff was 75% dry.

I love Spring - my birthday is in March so I’m biased but I love the warmer weather, lighter days, feeling like there’s something to look forward to after a loooong winter

I LOVE spring. When I was a little girl, I used to find it boring. Now I love it. I love gentle yet not stifling warmth, the smell of the pollen and excitement in the air, fresh cut grass. I love being able to sit outside a pub or cafe and feel gentle warmth. I love not needing to wear a coat.

Desperate for spring. Summer was absolutely shite so it feels like we've had almost a year long winter. Stripping off completely the minute some sun appears.

My Easter/Spring wreath is already on the door I was walking the dog around the lake at the weekend and it was so bright and sunny and felt like Spring, it was a beautiful day. The weather affects my mood so much it’s unbelievable lol

I’m loving this weather. I came upstairs after work tonight and sat on my bed, watching the last of the afternoon sun come through the window
The lighter, brighter mornings are so uplifting too
And I made some Easter cards over the weekend too!
