It's a glorious Spring day here! Washing is on the line, a little garden tidy up, all the windows open. Bliss

The air feels more spring - like. I think spring is a feeling, rather than a temperature. It's only 9 or 10 degrees here and it doesn't feel like it does in the winter months at that temperature.

Just heading out to the gym now. I walk there. However, I feel the chill this evening. It's nice and sunny, but I should've put on a small jacket.

it's going to get up to 21c in London by next Thursday. Spring has fully sprung, ha. It's nice to get out of the shower and not be freezing cold and shivering, or having to dry clothes in the dryer because it's cold and wet out. A few hours out in the sun and the clothes are dry. Bliss. I do enjoy Autumn and Winter as well, but after months are dreariness and cold, it's a welcomed pleasure for some warmth and sunshine on my eyeballs. Ha.

I love that the clocks have gone forward too. It still being light right now is just lovely

I’m glad I took advantage of the nice weather the last few days and put my washing on the line because it’s grey and raining today

It's a beautiful day here too I foraged some magnolia petals this morning and made magnolia tea

Is everybody ready for Easter? have you bought eggs etc?

I’ve got a ferrero rocher one for my husband as I thought it could become harder to find the nearer to Easter it gets. He’s bought me the giant mini eggs one.. however we are not usually this organised!

I haven’t got any decor out so I’ll have to do that this weekend!

I’ve ended up with a cupboard full of Easter choc already. I’m 28 and my mum got me an easter egg. With A mug . I’ve got three other easter eggs too. And I’ve got three boxes of mini egg nest cakes and some cream eggs in the fridge.

Omg those mini egg cakes are the best!! Making a mental note to pick some up

Has anyone bought any Easter eggs/decor yet?

I keep picking up little bags of chocolate and the odd egg and putting them away, I’ll forget how many I’ve got come Easter

I'd promised myself a trip to the garden centre for stock for my front door and window boxes but I haven't gotten there yet.

Easter eggs, I've two giant mini egg ones and two of the huge mini egg bars. Lots of mini eggs too awaiting some Easter baking at the weekend.

I managed to get the back garden semi cleaned yesterday during a few hours of a dry spell. Also planted some flowers and dotted them around the garden in pots. Think we're getting a sunny spell soon

Love spring and lighter nights ahead. The cherry blossom I bought in memory of my mum as her birthday was April is already flowering and looking lovely

I saw some the other day and thought ooo that’s early ? Where I live a main road has dozens of cherry blossom trees on both sides of the road and it looks amazing when they’re out in full bloom!! Soon blows away tho

Washing drying outside and I've been weeding and cut myself trying to trim some bushes. Off to get gardening gloves and note to self not to use hand sanitizer today

Going to be very warm tomorrow and going to give the grass it's first cut

There is a magpie collecting twigs from the nearby birch tree. It's been really interesting to watch them hop around the tree ripping branches off

There is also a very territorial female blackbird chasing all the other blackbirds away
