This is life changing!
Tried Get Famous but wasn't keen....
What do people do in the game to keep it interesting? After building/making Sims I get bored quite easily 😅
I usually give other sims makeovers and transform their houses!

Me too. I usually create my favourite book characters and play them. Then I give my Sims makeovers and give them house makeovers and get them to date other Sims.

Usually I'd make my sim an play till they were maxed on a job, married an a kid then before the kid was a teen I'd get bored an leave it then a new pack would come out an I'd go back to making a sim an doing it all over again but this time I decided that I'd continue with the same family an currently on my 5th generation, I just play the first born sim an marry the rest off if they have more than one kid

Have played since I was 12. I’m 31 now and will still have a cheeky game of it when kids are asleep (if I’m not too tired that is). I’ll never tire of it.

Tell me all the inventive ways you would kill off your Sims? When I was younger, a favourite of mine was buying fireworks and taking away the doors, getting them to set them off inside the doorless room and cause a fire. 😬🤣
I have a vivid memory of my little brother playing the sims1 and accidentally doing this.
He was maybe about 8?

he’d build these hideous, garish houses and forget to put doors and windows in.

he’d forget to give them fridges so they’d starve, and he’d buy the fireworks which they’d set off and create a fire that killed the whole family.

Bless him he used to get so upset and cry that his sims had died 😂

Gotta be the swimming pool for me, used to take away the ladders but now it doesn't work cause they jump out lol, I think you can kill them with the Murphy bed now so haven't tried that one yet

My laptop died so I’ve had to reinstall the Sims 4 on my new laptop. I’m getting Cottage Living at the end of the month.

I've been using the Extreme Violence mod & my sims has killed 41 ppl but then she died, one of her victims shot her. She was an evil sim & that is actually a really fun trait.

I updated my Mac which meant I had to uninstall and reinstall the sims to make space, and now it crashes after about two mins. Really wanted to play the money making scenario 😭

Is CD Keys legit? Anyone know? Sorry if this has already been covered 😅
Mostly yes. However i did buy Sims 3 ambitions on there which worked fine but after a few plays it just wasn't on the start up selection screen to select to play and I think EA blocked it 😒. But that's the only time anything like that has happened. I've bought from CD keys several times before and after that and it's been fine!

Are mods easy enough to install? Some Sims you tubers I watch have been playing with mods recently and it looks like it adds so much extra depth to the game and have been tempted to give it a go myself but I'm not great with computers haha.

I’ve just got the MC command centre and MC woohoo mods installed, I’m on Mac and just followed a YouTube tutorial step by step and managed it first time, and I’m definitely no computer whizz!

Right! That's something to have a go at tomorrow on my day off if I get time haha

I have all the naughty mods: drugs, gangs, violence, strip clubs, etc. My game is like Grand Theft Auto without cars. My fiancé absolutely hates it but it keeps me entertained :D

Finally downloading Cottage Living now the price has come down enough 🥳 had a few months off playing as I moved into a real life house (much harder than moving in the Sims 😒) so got the update I hadn't done yet and a new pack
