@Former_Antelopee the rescues are less strict than you’d imagine, I work two days a week from home and three in the office, and was upfront about that from the beginning… the centre I rescued from literally said ‘oh so you’re around most of the time then’ and that was it. If you can take the dog to work I’d really give it some thought, or at least see what’s available around you. Admittedly my dog does have issues (lead reactivity and traffic chaser) but I’m so so so happy I’ve given her a safe home and I was offered as many training sessions with their behaviourist as I needed to build my confidence with her.
