There is like a big plastic shed kinda thing that smokers are meant to use but no our Kathy is too much of a vip for that. She was actually standing where the ambulances pull up. Whoever she was talking to she was in full gangster mode giving all the innit and you get me blud 🤔. I was embarrassed for her 🙁
Was it Js dad?

In the past she's slated people smoking outside entrances to hospitals and how disgusting it is .... which it is... yet she's one of them that smokes at the ambulance bay 🤣
You just can't make it up, the hypocrisy she shows with every word that comes out her filthy, lying, manipulative mouth.
I guessed she smoked. Back in the early days, she once put up stories of her on the lash with a friend in the back of a car getting chatted up by men, them talking gangsta, pissed up and I'm sure she once posted of a night out and she had a fag in her hand. She's a chav.
She swiftly deleted the stories and the live she did of her pissed up and that was around the time the carers had reported her coming back drunk.
If my son was on intensive care on a vent I wouldn't be laughing and joking nor outside having a fag.
It's true about the falling out with friends. I once did some digging and she used to run a pole dancing fitness group when she was at Uni and from the comments I saw on their page when she was running it she ruffled up feathers.
Shes basically a twit. A narcissistic one 😅

Wellllll Kathleen I really hope your birthday celebrations was worth it!! I wish nothing bad on that little boy and I hope he will be okay but I seriously do not care how she feels, I can’t quite make my mind up if this is actually happening or not, if my child was in that position I don’t think I could bring myself to go into that much detail on insta, I’d be to beside myself social media would be the last thing in my mind. Don’t you think you should be on a social media break now Kathleen?
This totally contradicts itself.... you don't give children 'high doses' of ketamin for CPAP as its so strong and dangerous it can stop them taking breaths spontaneously.... to intubate him they would have to give a high dose of ketamin and other drugs to paralyse him so the ventilator can do all the work. Surely she knows this considering she's a 'nurse' it just screams bullshit to me. You don't hang about with little ones normally they are intubated very quickly as they deteriorate so quickly. Get your story straight If he was that sick would wouldn't be posting on insta doing hello fresh ads Kathleeeen

wouldn’t he be close to Birmingham children’s? Don’t know much but they are quite specialised aren’t they?
QMC has its own specialist children’s hospital built in, with cardiac and respiratory consultants. It’s not a general hospital and personally I wouldn’t let my complex child near Birmingham Children’s- it’s not a very good hospital and none of my child’s specialists would send them there so we got sent to GOSH, but have used QMCs PICU more times then I would have liked and I could not fault them.

Im an ITU nurse and we have patients awake on ketamine infusions. Admittedly they aren’t children. I don’t want to defend her but in adults they can be on infusions for pain if other drugs aren’t working (which he may not tolerate) or to relax them. We don’t use it lightly. But it’s not uncommon. I’m not a paediatric nurse so do forgive me.

I don’t know too much about the hospital but the opinion of it not being a good hospital the doctors wouldn’t go on, they would surely just transfer him to a hospital that has capacity and can meet his needs? But if they have a good children’s centre then I see your point.thanks for clarifying.

They can but for CPAP children have to be able to breathe on their own so a ketamine infusions would be contraindicated as it causes sedation. Once he’s intubated they may use it but not while using CPAP.
K relies on her followers being unable to see the holes in the medical information she gives out, forgetting that many of her followers are nurses, hcpcs or very experienced complex needs parents.
but we use it on patients on nasal specs, again not to defend her but we use it for if they have allergies to our normal infusions or need extra pain relief. I’m an adult ITU nurse though and so kids are very much different - if he was pulling off the mask they may have used it as light sedation. Again not defending her but I don’t feel like that’s a lie she would pull knowing she has nurse friends who would call her out

He wouldn’t have been heavily sedated. No way. Then that’s why they have intubated him. Might have used it to get him to tolerate the cpap but then needed to intubate.our adult patients are hard to manage on cpap or bipap and so safer to tube them.

Yes I agree ketamin infusions in adults has it's place.

I agree it has its uses in adult patients for uncontrolled pain.... but not on a very small child with complex needs cardiac history and a critically low potassium 😂 my point was there's no way they have heavily sedated him on CPAP

I agree. No person should be heavily sedated on NIV. What’s the point.

Exactly! She's full of tit and thinks she can get away with it because she's got a degree in nursing

This just seems so predictable to me in terms
Of what Happens when you don’t take
Care of a poorly child properly but choose
To piss off to celebrate a really not significant birthday and he then worsens.
But then also It feels Extremely exaggerated and shes Known for showing everything for sympathy so why stop now... which cold heartedly makes me think he is Not as bad as she is saying. My daughter was born and went straight to nicu (I live Abroad so l don’t fluently speak the local Language so was at a loss the entire time) I could just about announce her arrival, I could not discuss her illness for various reasons so I find this disturbing giving us a rundown of what’s wrong with him.

The thing is she only passed the basics my cousin is a nurse in a n e and she passed 4 years ago now she’s doing more qualifications to go higher . She has passed and done nothing at all she quit after a month lol

She cannot look after j considering she is a nurse she never keeps his tube clean and dressings she has no cares for her own son so why she wanted to be a nurse I will never know . She has carers for j when he doesn’t need them shes lazy that’s why she left her job . She claimed to have left her job to be looking after j but since leaving he has carried in with full time carers and full time school and his dads weekends she never has him just used that as an excuse to quit when really she’s just lazy and not caring enough to be a nurse

Hmm I’m wondering if there is some lying going on. Last time he was in Hosptial she was quick to post shocking sick looking pics of him
And now she hasn’t post pics of him or the hospital since the first one this morning which isn’t like her not to overshare.. or maybe he’s got drs looking at him all the time and she too embarrassed to say step back pls so I can get a quick pic for 60000 strangers

Doubt it, pictures will come but for now she has people's attention without posting anything. The less she updates the more people will worry. Same as usual. I'm expecting the Kofi link to be put in her bio at some point soon.

I do think J is very unwell but what's caused it and for him to deteriorate quickly. I hope it's not covid related or the pulmonary oedema again. I know someone has said they have it on good authority he is not as bad as she is making out but he wouldn't be on a ventilator if he didn't need it.

Do you think her followers will have the kofi link saved so she won't have to share it?

No donations since 7 days ago on kofi. There was 3 fundraisers all with ridiculous amounts in them. 2 GFM's and 1 Just Giving. 1 she set up, rosie and susie set up another and megan lane did the 3rd.

No, they're not that on the ball, she hasn't had a donation for 7 days, she is going to have to share it to remind them all she accepts money when he's ill

Was it definitely her because she has never smoked cigarettes, weed is another thing but cigarettes she didn't smoke, has said she can't stand the smell of and has always highlighted people who smoke at the entrance of hospitals
It was definitely her. As I've said on previous posts I work in the hospital so see Kathy fairly regularly, obviously she doesn't know I'm on Tattle but she saw me looking at her like she thought I was going to ask her something so yes definitely her 👍

Was it Js dad?
I doubt it as too friendly to whoever it was and talking more kind of to a mate. Never mentioned J in the time I was within earshot 🙄
