There’s no way:
1) Outpatient follow ups are being dealt with on Boxing Day.
Only A&E and wards in hospitals are open on Boxing Day, regardless of where you live in the U.K.

2) They weren’t told not to use contraception, until it was confirmed the tube tie was successful. Same as with a vasectomy.
So any sudden “accidental” pregnancies (aka more planned cash cows for the Minghams), are not something these pair could sue anyone for.

3) The one time a surgeon somehow cut a “ligament” instead of correctly tying the fallopian tubes (which would be an extremely painful mistake post op and beyond), it happened to be Sarah Ingham this happened to….and instead of comforting his wife, Creepy happened to have the presence of mind to record it

4) This is an emergency, or would be dealt with as such.
It’s not life threatening, doesn’t need Lazy to attend hospital asap or similar.

5) Any NHS professional would give such serious news over the telephone, because of the patients potential for them suing said NHS Trust.
As many other Tattlers have pointed out, there’s a protocol the NHS has to follow whenever an issue occurs where a mistake or problem happens.
Calling the patient and going into detail over the telephone certainly isn’t one way, and as for e-Mail - I highly doubt they would communicate specific details via email.

None of what’s happened makes any sense (as per usual), so I’m guessing - again as many other Tattlers have said - she’s either priming Ifannies for a POW WOW SUPER SURPRISE pregnancy, or she’s already pregnant.
Which is shocking.
She clearly already looks unwell, and putting her body through more pregnancies - especially so soon after a C-Section - is a serious medical risk.
Her scar could rupture, especially as it’s not properly healed internally for a longgg time.
Also any future deliveries would be pushed to be C-Section, because of the risk of standard deliveries.

They really are absolutely bleeping stupid if they think any future pregnancies are going to be plain sailing.
Lazy’s now a very high risk pregnancy, due to age, weight, and having recently had a C-Section.
She could be put on bed rest or need to attend a LOT more appointments as a must.
But I’m guessing it’s the NHS who will get the flack for this?

You can record consultations for personal use but YouTube is not personal use is it, that's their business. It’s so crazy how they lie without ever thinking through that there will be people with expertise on the topic, or working in the field and knowing about certain protocols. This is actually incredibly serious. They’re accusing an NHS consultant of messing up a medical procedure which is legally assault? If this is a lie, someone needs to inform the consultant about their video, their big audience and the claims they’re making. The consultant can easily be identified and they can sue for defamation if it isn’t true. I saw a girl on tiktok who did a few videos accusing a psychiatrist of abuse and he started the process of sueing her for defamation, she then took her videos down and it was dropped but she only had a few thousand followers.

The NHS also really need to also be aware of the Ingham’s risks of making allegations. Once they know they make these types of accusations they will be very careful and it will be recorded as a warning on their notes
They also need to know that conversations are being recorded and posted online

Also they are saying they called the hospital and some random worker accessed her medical records, aren’t staff only allowed to access records of patients in their care? So not only is she saying the hospital messed up she’s also trying to get a receptionist fired

I work within this department, at a different hospital, and in absolutely no circumstance are we allowed to pass on results or any confidential information over the phone to the patient. It's very worrying the lengths they will go to have a more "exciting" story to have another baby. It's almost like they think they are actors in a soap and Chris spends his time thinking up more and more unlikely scenarios to create a bit of drama for attention. But this involves real people, the children can't just be written out of the story once they have completed that storyline. Other real people are being dragged into this and accused.

Sarah got a brief time after the birth where she got sympathy from ifam about being upset and wanting a reversal. They then talked about getting the reversal and having an appointment in the new year, but no one really cared and after a failed vlogmas Chris decided they needed to ramp up the drama a bit. If she is pregnant already they will claim to have a miracle baby, they will have a very small age gap.

Maybe the distancing from Nana wasn't just about arguing whether Sarah should have her tubes tied or not. Maybe Nana knew afterwards it had never happened and told them some truths about there being more to life than what to vlog about. The comment from Katrina about not watching through the camera was a very obvious dig at Sarah so although they are still in contact it wasn't a very friendly thing to say publicly knowing what Sarah does.

Everyone pointing out about when she said she called the hospital back and they read her medical records to her, are raising a very valid point

Like people have said, medical staff can’t just access anyone’s notes, and receptionists aren’t medically trained so they always say that they can’t read medical information and will get a doctor or nurse to call you
There is also a process involved of formally requesting your medical notes and they aren’t allowed to just read them all out loud
That literally wouldn’t have happened and if it did, the receptionist will be disciplined

This whole thing is so bizarre. I think she never got the tubes tied, paid for a private clinic to investigate if they’re tied or not, who obviously found that they’re not, and called her on Boxing Day to tell her (but that it strange in itself - unless private work different hours to NHS), and she knew full well they wouldn’t be and is probably hoping she’s pregnant so that can go down the miracle route for content, despite all the health complications her and baby will have
