It’s just I have it and although I’m a grown adult without medication I can’t control my emotions. I was undiagnosed until I was 32 when I had a breakdown, the only way I can describe it is I knew what I was saying and doing was wrong but I physically couldn’t stop myself. It was hell but things are better much better now.
