I assume she is referring to the “professionals” in 1 or 2 ways.
1. She is referring to the playgroup staff as professionals, insinuating they are the ones who have told her about somebody speaking about Lazy. (which means the playgroup staff read here?)
2. She is referring to SS as professionals, insinuating that SS apparently know everyone here’s identity. She stated that the professionals know “right from wrong” which could be her digging at us for calling her out on suspected neglect etc.
Also, Lazy what on earth is “sneeky”.
Only thing I’ve learned from this is that lazy has absolutely lost the plot. Everyone in that play group is in fact an extremely dedicated troll, they all relocated and conspired together with an extremely detailed plan to take down the Sarah Ingham. Grim granny and the dedicated ifanny admins have scrambled her half brain so much that she had to post that rubbish in order to out a 'troll'. When our beansontoast posted about her going from group to group I knew tit was about to hit the fan. She has no idea who this Tattle member is in real life. She hardly posts publicly, so in her normal passive aggressive way she is trying to out the troll.

It's a playgroup, people there can talk about whatever they want to whoever they want. Only the health visitor has a duty to keep any private conversations private and not go around gossiping about the members, because that's her job. I have never been to a playgroup that is run by a health visitor but I am assuming it is not some kind of confidential secret meeting like any other playgroup. No one has to be there, if anyone has a problem with anyone else they could just not go or avoid the person when there.
Sarah is not in some kind of witness protection programme where her life is in danger if people find out where she is. She lets everyone know where she is anyway so having someone confirm this online makes no difference. Sarah is the one who can't keep her mouth shut (why tell the whole playgroup you are going to Ireland if you didn't want anyone to know in advance?).

Wow she’s lost the plot. Her daughter who she supports so so much is sitting her GCSEs this week and this is what she’s doing. Winning at life not. She had Isabelle reading tattle. Her paid for friend is busy at design college while Isabelle spends her days going over comments in places that really shouldn’t matter. Unreal, she is an absolute fruit cake is Sarah. As for Jane yeah she’s only in those posts to get her mention on tattle. Poor bloody kids.

Surely the health visitors or baby group leaders would only need to get involved if there was a safeguarding concern E.g. someone posting photos of Sarah and the kids, or giving out confidential information about their address or medical history? General observations / opinions wouldn’t really be a concern.
I do think it's funny that she always wants people to believe that the whole of Tattle is made up of lonely people who are sat at a computer all day, yet she also reads everything and has time to talk about it. So she is admitting that she spends at least as much time dedicated to the "trolls" as they do to her. Most likely more time since she doesn't move far from a sofa and other people have things to do. She doesn't like to admit that it's just normal people with normal lives, because anyone can see what terrible people both Chris and Sarah are.
