I'd imagine she wants to ski as its quite an 'old money' thing to do - sort of thing the other parents at her children's school (they're twins you know...) will do each winter. Problem is she is VERY much new money - and is the typical All the Gear, No idea. Its so cringe - the other mum's at school must have a real giggle about her antics and try hard behaviour.

Ive only just looked at her account, not for me. But how on earth has she got over 100k followers with less than 100 posts and she hardly follows anyone back? Clearly faker than fake and it’s cost her a fair bit! I’m fed up of all the Instagrammers clearly paying to get followers especially to reach the magical 10k. There are some that reached 10k within 3 months!
If her friend comes on here and talks about her behaviour, you can bet that the mums at school (and a lot of Tunbridge Wells neighbours) will definitely be watching Thehousebuild on social media and be comparing notes. They of course won’t say anything to her face, but behind her back..well that’s another matter. When you put it out there so publicly, you can’t stop anyone reading your content unless you change your account to private. But then that won’t give you the attention you seek, the daily validations that plump up your self importance and ego, oh and all the freebies and money you make! It’s a shame Instagram had to go this way. I never want my kids to grow up to be like this sort of person. Make your own fortune, be happy, give love, be humble and have integrity - but never be a sheep!

She’s another account that is in it for herself and making money. She’s clearly getting the engagement from followers, whereas Thehousebuild isn’t.

She also likes to talk nonstop in front of her phone. My gosh, look how many (-) it took in her stories about her weight training and the incredible thing it is doing to her body!

Why do people like her ?
I used to go and check out her stories for the shits and giggles but now she just boils my blood. She’s an utter narcissist who has huge illusions of grandeur and thinks we’re all ignorant and unintelligent plebs. She’s one big fat lie.
I don’t think they are all genuine followers. Instagram is so shallow and fake. You can like and comment on someone’s post, just to benefit yourself as you get attention. It’s a way of attracting followers to your account. Some people are sheep and believe everything they hear and see to be true. Thehousebuild may have over 100,000 followers, but she doesn’t t get many likes which suggests that she does not have a huge amount of genuine followers?

I believe she is trying to brand herself as a motivational speaker type thing on social media now the house doesn't have much to do on it. Hence all the guff today and the droning on about feeling good and being positive blah blah. She loves the sound of her own voice, when we have a group lunch Becks definitely talks the most and mainly about herself and her amazing life. One of those people that whatever you have done or been to she has done it too but bigger and better. As I said she didn't used to be like this but in the last 5-10 years it has got worse and worse. I suppose she thinks we are all in awe of her amazing lifestyle, house etc. In the old days when she lived in the bog standard town house everyone else had a similar lifestyle so there wasn't much to boast about. Her ego is definitely getting out of control and if anyone dare say anything not positive then they are unkind and negative. Rather than just looking at herself and changing her behaviour she thinks the problem lies with everyone else. No she definitely doesn't know it is me, I can only think she has accused someone else but nobody in our social circle has said so.

....why is anybody friends with this woman? I can only assume some of these people aren’t on Insta. Why do people put up with her I just don’t get it.
Because narcissists attract fellow narcissists and people who are afraid speak up. I agree, I could not have any relationship with this type of self centred woman. I look for more positive traits in friends.
Also it can be difficult if your children are all friends (forgot to add that). But in that situation I just let the kids get along and hang out, but don’t socialise with the parents, or make excuses so I don’t have to spend time in their company. Life is way too short to spend time with people you simply don’t like.
It’s so easy to blame others rather than listening and looking at ones behaviour. Instagram has gone to loads of people’s heads. Stick her on that SAS programme, those guys would sort her out and bring her down a peg or two!
Also her hair is drier than the Sahara dessert. Her roots make me proper cringe
Does anybody remember in one of her IG stories, several months ago, she was hinting that she was in talks of possibly doing a reality tv (ala keeping up with the Kardashian’s)? I’m almost at least 80% sure she said something about it - wish there’s a way to save stories. Obviously it fell through

She has to talk and show off everything. However, things that money cannot buy is morals, respect, common sense, character, trust, class and integrity. Some of these instagrammers need to take a good long look at themselves. They need validation and adoration because inside they are not happy.
