Off topic: if you are interested, Matt Fraser talks about channeling pets and about the knowledge pets/ animals have in the afterlife. If you recently lost a pet, you may like to hear what he has to say about the topic. He is channelled many animals. He related a story where he was doing a reading for a woman who had a pet goat that she loved dearly but her family was old school, and when she came home one day, they ate the goat for dinner, and the woman was devastated. When she got a reading with Matt, the goat came through, and was with her grandparents who had eaten the goat. The goat was fine in the afterlife.

Looks like Fanny is rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic LaLande with her latest vlog. Well, it is a cheap way to make it look like something is happening. That room looked horrible and she can use the excuse she was rushed into it by Chat DIY. She is obviously saving up for something - and must be desperate if she is renovating a staff room twice when there is so much else to be done. I rang Ruby. He is disgusted but confided (and he does not like to rat on a friend) that Lancelot pissed and shat up the wall and scratched the door trying to get out (he had been locked in by "accident" the day he ate the chickens) hence, the "re-renovation".

I have neither a dislike nor like of the Flueries. I find Anna bland, her wallpaper designs are same old, same old. Their public spaces are devoid of warmth or character - boring. Having said that, I would love to live in the cabin in the mountains, that has more character and interest than anything the Flueries do at their own joint.

As of my post here, Fanny's misplaced vlog on Chateau Laurens has a staggering number of thumbs-down dislikes: 764.

This may be a record. The figure constitutes 10% of all 'like/dislike voters' (the likes + dislikes; or 6881+764=7645). No wonder the dump crew is working overtime in the comments section.

I know many of us found ol’ Fanny Flasher from watching DIY and renovation vloggers. Do any of you subscribe to French artist PaulyGones? He does whole house renos that often include his Rube Goldberh-esque touches. He’s very talented, creative and actually finishes projects. He doesn’t post often or regularly but he’s always interesting. You’ll need subtitles if you’re not fluent in the language.

Would the local Mayor be able to have the fox captured and relocated? We can do that in the states with "nuisance" animals, and certainly any that eat livestock fall into that classification

I lost my lil cockapoo in a most tragic, horrendous unexpected death. I was desperate to find what I could to help cope with the pain & soften the grief (if that's a thing). I found Matt along with a few others. Whilst it didn't take away my pain, it did provide other ways of remembering & celebrating our beloved animal's life, instead of staying hyper focused on the way she departed from us here in life. I believe my dog was sending me many signs a day until recently when all those signs stopped. I ask or rather begged my dog to please start sending me signs again. Well yesterday I received signs again & then reading your post just now, seems like your wonderful comment is another sign from her. I'll take it.

Thank you for posting this, it's helped me more than you'll ever know.
x
(apologies for posting about my lil dog, as I've mentioned this before)

Ah, Caroline Gooder, the font of all knowledge at LiarLande.

Must say that it took her long enough to mention the fox slaughtering the chickens. Kirsty looked a little non-plussed by it all.
And I thought she was going to cut Fanny's hair? Doesn't look like she took off any length at all.

Oh, and the glasses were Snotty's grandmothers! Quelle surprise!!

I'm so sorry about the chickens. Is Ruby ok and the peacocks? Maybe you could get some insight from locals. Once that fox gets settled in, none of your fowls and Lancelot will be safe. Omg and no hedgehogs!!! I hate to say this but if you're going to walk Lancelot, off lead you should arm yourself. Dont want a gun? Hot pepper spray, maybe mace.its better than trapping them and they get hurt. They will run from the sprays and keep going on to new hunting grounds. I probably sound barbaric, but I'm from Tx, and where I live, we lose dogs and cats to foxes and coyotes all the time.

@user-to4ov5gn1v

Sadly I think this is one of those times it may be necessary to find a trapper to trap and relocate the fox as he/she will keep coming back now that it has found there is “food” there. Not safe for Lancelot or Ruby.

Looking at this video yesterday, reinforced that the Little Greene wallpaper, while nice enough, is all wrong for these chateaus including the Dump, Manor and Maker and Stuart and Patrick. But hey, it's a transactional freebie.
I agree about the wallpaper choices. While I like the bluebells, they don't belong in 15th and 16th buildings. Both Fanny and the Shreks have missed the mark on all accounts. It's too delicate a design for either chateaux and it's origin is English not French!

"Little Greene's Bird & Bluebell wallpaper is based on a 19th century style and would be appropriate for living rooms and bedrooms. The mural features birds, bees, and bluebells, and is inspired by wallpaper fragments found at Felbrigg Hall in Norfolk, a historic house owned by the National Trust. The mural combines a timeless 19th century style with contemporary interiors. The wallpaper has been adapted, transformed, and recolored to suit a contemporary interior."

Regarding the Fox.... You need to ask your MAYOR/Person in charge of Wildlife etc... to trap the fox and relocate him. Once he's killed he will be forever an annoyance or worse, a killer. I think wildlif conservationists should help you out here. Your fathers painting, although beautiful, it does NOT work well in this room. (Just my thots). The rest of the new room is beautiful

Don't ignore the fox situation, because now, your place is their good hunting ground, so they will keep on coming, looking for any prey, meaning the peacocks, Lancelot, Ruby... But also all small wildlife in the gardens and woods.... The foxes probably have alot of growing young ones to feed

@deborahreynolds1552

Please consider getting a guarding dog, Ombaline or Kirsty will be able to guide you I am sure. He/She could live in the walled garden and go out during the day with the chickens and gard the Peacocks when nesting as well. They are very low maintenance and independent but very very protective of their livestock. It will save a lot of stress to animals and humans alike

About this bedroom you are referring to in this video: I personally do not like the wallpaper at all. There is no interest or variation in the paper pattern. It is just a simple repetition of what looks like blue snowflakes. However I assume it is there to stay. My suggestion is to downplay the intense blue with white trim, base trim, door and window trim, to match the white in the paper. Do not put any type of cream colored furniture against that white. Darker wood or white painted wood. White bed coverings.The blue is too much. It is a very unrestful room with that paper and the blue trim gives no relief. Rember, just my opinion.

Stephanie better get busy and see if Philip can find a taxidermied fox at Emmaus that they can place into a trap and pretend that they have located in kill the fox say, committed the chicken massacre. She really didn’t think her lie through very carefully before she started running her mouth. She is open up a big old can of worms with this stunt. BUSTED. FOX CANNOT CLIMB OVER WALL?
MarciaLeeful
1 minute ago
As a former chicken owner it is not fox who can climb over walls however raccoons can be quite dangerous to chickens and will often kill them along with weasels. Weasels will kill chickens without doing more than a quick kill and will leave them behind. Agreed fox will also try to get in but I believe it’s much more likely to be a raccoon or a weasel. Sad to hear of their fate. If you Google what will kill chickens and just leave them … it’s a weasel
