They're accountants-tax specialists. Where is Fanny's association registered?

But it doesn’t look as if they do international tax services. With three different countries involved I should think this to be all but useless.

Pre brexit you didn't have to be UK resident to set up a UK company, but at least one director did have to be resident and "physically" so not just on paper. You did, however, have to have limited liability.
As she has put herself down as resident in UK she is also liable to pay tax on income from abroad. Oil must be mad I wouldn't trust her

She is paying Cuz the average daily rate for a carpenter is 200 a day or more so a salary of about 70,000 a year to make radiator covers. In the time he has been at the Shitoo he has made panelling for Marquis and stripped out the big sitting room
The burning question though is... did he ever fix the broken step on the back stairs? 🤔

The Association is a French legal entity (an Association Loi - can’t remember if the year that applies is 1901, 1905 or 1907!). Unless they have offices in Franceand deal with French-based clients or an in-house tax expert on the French system working in the UK, I doubt this firm would be of any use in unravelling the knotted knitting of the Lalande Association).

Kathy asked me to share this. She thought one of our TL geniuses might find this new information interesting.

Absolutely. We had accountants in the UK and accountants in France. Neither spoke the others language or understood the others tax authorities. Neither had dealt with a situation such as ours and had no precedent by which to follow. It turned out to be an exceptionally expensive and wasteful exercise for us but one which we could not legally avoid.

It says she resided in England. So La La Land isn't her primary residence?

Oh Fanny this has tax implications on your earnings abroad if you're resident

This must be some of the admin she said she's been busy with lately ;). One good thing; there's no mention of Janssen, just Jarvis and Strong.

When the kids did Ancient Egypt in school this was always the number one topic they chose for individual research. Brains in Canopic Jars as models for the class exhibition!
The brain was always disposed of, usually burnt, and never put in a canopic jar. It was only the lungs, liver, stomach and intestines that graced canopic jars. The ancient Egyptians believed the heart was the seat of all knowledge and not the head. Brain matter was just mush to them. In their eyes, all 'thought' was generated by the heart, not the brain. I actually have an ancient Egyptian copper embalmers brain hook about the place somewhere. Last seen discarded under a sofa with a cat toy attached.

I did notice on the Patreon comments there were 164 comments, but can only load 114 comments - what happened to the missing 50 comments? Is Fanny deleting negative Patreon questions/comments?
I don't think Patreon counts the replies under the original comment - for example, Jill Scott has 17 comments under her post. I think SJ is at least smart enough not to delete her bread-and-butter comments (patrons). Although she might delete really inappropriate ones. I would too if I were a creator. Some people are really ridiculous.

yes indeed....i know from personal experience you need a very good comapny who deals with all kinds of taxrules in different countries..also providing that you have to pay extra tax..there are agreements with the countries involved you that you dont pay double tax...i dont know how this all works with the UK...being not part of the EU...we have property in three countries...with income...i can tell you it really needs a good company to do your taxes...ours is really expensive..but its worth it...i wonder if Fanny is wanting to pay that money...i think she deals with some crappy accountant...and i also dont think Ollie is smart enough..

btw ...i wouldnt be surprised if her official adress is still in Framlingham... ;) i do know when you open a company you have to show all your official papers...i think the UK is no exception??

If armoire is employed by the association she has to pay contributions and the cost would look like this.
€50,000 gros salary
Cost to fanny
Approx €67,000
Net salary to armoire after contributions and taxes.
€24,000
She’s not doing that, if she is paying a day rate, he has to invoice her from somewhere and he doesn’t have a registered business in France ?????
Also, it’s also approaching the time of year when one must complete their tax return in France, it would be very easy for Fanny to come clean now with the association accounts as they’ll be submitted soon. 😁

CD was made to look like it was all on 1 day (+plus some footage in the workshop, but footage was filmed on atleast 5 (probably 6) separate days. The clothes are slightly different. I feel like Inspector Clouseau watching these vlogs.
  1. Radiator discussion in the workshop. Fanny says 'Let me take you back a few days', actually means 'Let me take you back 3 months ago'
  2. Initial radiator discussion in the bathroom
  3. Natti's birthday & family leaving
  4. Walk in the garden
  5. Walk in Bonne Maman & attic
  6. Installation Discussion in the Bathroom
  7. Getting hair done & dinner
Natti's birthday & Family leaving - Snorty was wearing a gillet (but no scarf) to say goodbye

Walk in the Garden - Snorty is now wearing a long coat (they were already outside and dressed for outside weather so why would he go back inside and get a different coat?)

Walk in Bonne Maman & Attic - Snorty now wearing a different scarf

Discussion in the Bathroom - Cuz says he has to go and change to take family to airport, but
Dinner - Cuz is wearing the same hoodie he was wearing before changing to go to the airport (but he'd apparently just returned from the airport in time for dinner).
Lady Avonlea!
One changes 5 times a day at least!
Didn't you now?
Only "those" types of ladies wear the same thing all day...

So Februari is the month of paperwork...i wonder if she still can see the trees in her forest of scam...i so hope those taxpeople get their claws on her..and the rest of that family...i think mummy went to the uk trying to do damagecontrole....a garagedoor...my ass..

if she really has to pay a lott of money....i hope for her its still in her accounts....i really doubt that... 🙄 tick tock...i have my crisps ready...

If that London flat goes on the market...we know they get her... or maybe they get her already...and thats the reason nothing gets done...and why they are so vile at us...being afraid the well dries up before she paid off her taxes...

Fanny is a spoiled child...i dont think she is clever with money....at all...
