April 15, 2021, it is worth re-watching.
Stephanie Jarvis claims that there is under floor heating.
This flog includes; the grand salon plans, the paneling arrival and a start date, summer 2021.
The patrons have been ripped off. That paneling is in rough shape.
BTW, Matt also discusses the china pantry flooring problems. What could go wrong???

Great sleuthing @KiKiGee. Now I'm no expert, and have only ever eperienced underfloor heating in a few houses, (your feet get toasty very nice in the depths of winter), but those terracotta tiles in the Grand Salon..........................

Let's pretend she's telling the truth about the underfloor heating (I know, I know, indulge me) ;)

Given this was what 16 years ago ????? and underfloor heating wasn't exactly common then, surely those terraotta tiles are too bloody thick to have allowed any heat to come through??? And even if they did, surely the time it would have taken to feel the heat would have be a) an eternity b) astronomically expensive ??? They must be half an inch thick minimum lookig at the pics.

I'm sure SJ has said somewhere that the underfloor heating in the Grand Salon isn't adequate. Where's the evidence of it in the pics?

Maybe they tried say a 3-4 metre square panel of it, tiled over and switched on, then realised it wouldn't work? Forever referred to as 'the underfloor heating the Grand Salon' in Sfeff's delusional orbit.

Whatever the reason, that Grand Salon aint gonna be Grand and / or warm, anytime soon :D

Just finished Grabeaux and it's getting harder each week. As other's have mentioned, it was Christmas in June at the Shiteau as almost every package was sent for Christmas/New Year 2021. (Natti's only 6 months behind)
  • My English/Irish Grandmother loved....whatever she receivedšŸ¤®
  • My Father loved.....whatever Fanny received šŸ¤®
  • Snorty - showing his true colours
    • calls it the Tack Room, but never refers to it as Michael Pott's apartment (and keeps trying to put grabeaux items in it)
    • Fanny - 'Mummy will love that necklace'
    • Snorty - 'Mummy will look good wearing that necklace in South Africia'
    • Fanny - 'Mummy can wear it here'
    • Snorty - 'hmmm, oh yah'
  • Fanny the Good Catholic Girl āœ
    • Martine sent a couple of gifts and is really looking forward to the chapel restoration (I hope the poor woman is patient)
    • Received 3 Rosary Calendars (always usual half way through the year)
    • 'Whoever shall have the true devotion of the rosary shall not die without the sacraments of the church' - reads Fanny who can't tell her rosary beads from her anal beads
  • Thomas & Carmaletta šŸ˜„
    • I'm sure they're nice people, but they're misguided, exhibit poor taste and even poorer wrapping skills.
    • they have sent 3 boxes of gifts since Christmas, 2 of them huge boxes which must of cost a fortune to ship
    • multiple items have arrived broken
    • on their own admission Thomas & Carmaletta buy & send 2nd hand items to Fanny (most of which are quite tacky and the exact type of crap which Fanny has admitted she'll just give away to charity). Just proves it's a waste of time, money and resources to ship this crap half way around the world to Fanny.

Why not sell cadeaux gifts, mark them as that, and donate the funds to charity?

I worry that it would be an accounting nightmare. Instead, if we part with any gifts in future, weā€™ll donate them straight to a charity shop

Plus Jason freakin' Dubious, every person on this list is someone I'd like to bury under the floorboards, along with every other person who has ever pissed me off. Oh dear, and I used to be such a nice person... before I began watching chateau vlogs, and now I just want to slap them all into oblivion.
Look at some of those names thoughā€¦Rosie Hugh (rosie hue), I bet thatā€™s Stephamememe; Lisa Akinlabi (aching labia), gotta be Hanni; Bee French (beef wrench) Amaury; LaReyne (the queen) has gotta be Steffie again while Hope Diamond is most likely Phyllis as heā€™s as cursed as that stone!

Happy Wednesday.

It is time to discuss the grand salon. There are real problems. The lack of proper heating and the rising damp have affected this corner of the chateau/farm house for decades. This is not the first time that Stephanie Jarvis has seen this room gutted. It was not renovated properly the first time. So, like the drained lake, donations are paying for Stephanie Jarvis' missteps and mistakes.

Thank you for posting the photos of the grand salon and its bare bones. A reminder - not that anybody actually needs a reminder - of just how unsuitable the proposed panelling is. I'm repeating myself, I know, but it emphasises in stark reality that Stephanie does not have any sense of scale, proportion, dimensions, perspective. Not to mention it being completely out of period and unsuited to the style of the building itself.

It's a travesty, really. Or a triumph of bad taste and ignorance over authenticity and architectural integrity.

OmG. Travelling the seas. Cooking under pressure, in a place where she cannot escape /being told what to do, no doubt/ no pretty flowers/ no friends' houses to escape to, and on top of that: does she really have any chef's training or qualification? (Having cooked at the Shatoo does not count as qualification!)
Why on earth don't her friends/family do a reality check with her? Slow motion car crash. Unbelievably sad, really!šŸ˜–
And on top of that she is now asking her Instafriends where she can get some "good quality saffron" because "saffron is a great antioxidant and can help with moods".
Speechless. o_O
There is no saffron powerful enough, Marie.šŸ„ŗ

Didnā€™t he ā€œblowā€ all his loot for the staircase in Spain?? Wasnā€™t that what one of the ā€œI have sinnedā€ vlogs was about?? And, still those patrons stay. ???
Yes, blew all his money in Spain last year (March - May) on luxury hotels, booze, and multiple rent boys. Photos of his experience in Madridā€¦hotels, boysā€¦are on Instagram. Then he cried poverty and had the balls to beg for more money on YouTube. He deleted that video from YouTube, but a copy can be viewed on the Wiki. Even said he had to borrow ā‚¬500 from Fanny! Then he snagged Andrew and brought him homeā€¦only to head back to Spain to be caught red-handed on a gay party cruiseā€¦thereā€™s photos and video to prove it (he said it was an expedition to search for dolphinsā€¦Iā€™m not kidding! He actually said that in one of his comments). After Andrew left (sorryā€¦was asked to leave šŸ™„) last summer, Michael finally had time to save a little cash. By the end of last year, he supposedly had enough to order the staircase (my recollection is that it was ā‚¬4,000, but I might be wrong). Anywayā€¦.six months later and still not ready. Meanwhile, he found time to go to the Jubilee celebration with Florianā€¦maybe he visited his oak staircase while there?

At one time, Michael had over 500 patrons, but now heā€™s down to 280. I guess it goes to show that you can practically give your patrons the middle finger, and there will always be a die hard group of crazies that will support you no matter what.

Looking at the picture of the floor as those tiles were laid there is no evidence of underfloor heating being installed.
I have underfloor heating in my bathrooms and kitchen as these rooms all have tiled floors. Admittedly the tiles are no where near as thick as the ones in Fannyā€™s room but it is lovely to walk on and in retrospect I wish I had it beneath the wooden floors in the rest of the house. But hey you live and learn and there is no way the floors are going to be ripped up now to have it installed.

I suppose she realises she has to have a medical? It's mandatory. Thyroidism is mentioned as a specific topic, also depression . Neither preclude being passed but a full history is taken and details of medication, and there are circumstances when the certification might be withheld. Being compliant with taking prescribed meds is part of the criteria. Clearly, anybody taking medication as a crew member has to be upfront from the word go amd not withhold information.

Out of curiosity, when Marie first announced her maritime manifestation, I read the medical certification info and the above is a prƩcis of what I gleaned.

None of the Pethericks seem to have registered themselves as self employed in France. Sadie once but no longer. I wonder how any of them declare their online income in France? So I suppose they donā€™t. Donā€™t get me started on stephamememe. She had to have signed off on her income for 2021 in May of this year which includes her two registered French businesses and the declaration of expenditure (clear accountable expenditure) to get her maison historique dĆ©ductible. Which isnā€™t the same a a non profit money grab.

Why not sell cadeaux gifts, mark them as that, and donate the funds to charity?

Fanny worries that selling cadeaux gifts would be an accounting nightmare? She has been living an accounting nightmare for the past 2 years with theā€missingā€ accounts and the disappearing accountants.

And Fanny has stated before that she was a atheist/ was not religious in one of the video blogs, She is fake to her core with her effusive reverence for the chapel and religious gifts. She held wild parties and soft porn like lingerie photo sessions in the chapel and misused the chapel furnishings, using them as buffet tables, etc. Impression management, just like her ā€œsingingā€ in the chapel at Christmas.

Dont you love her second hand love bombing of viewers, gushing and proclaiming the old battle ax, Daddy, or Grandmother lovedā€¦,,.,,..whatever tit she just pretended to open for the first time.

So spend your money to send stuff halfway around the world and if we donā€™t like it (meaning itā€™s not valuable) weā€™ll donate it to the local thrift shop in Nowheresville, Franceā€¦
PEOPLE WAKE UP!!!!
