Mummee keeps her jewelry in a large crystal ice bucket! It's just a huge jumble of jewelry all tangled up. Mummee can't know what jewelry she's tossed in there and it's impossible for her to try and retrieve any of it. No care, no thought, no regard for any of it. Even the piece of jewelry Percy gave her on their honeymoon is just tossed in there with no regard. It even looked like one piece still had a price tag on it.

Why would anyone send either Mummee or Fanny more jewelry on Cadeaux? Both of them clearly don't need it, don't appreciate it and they each have more jewelry then either of them could ever wear.

When people watch CD why do they still believe Fanny's 'poor little rich girl act'? How many of them are spending the first 2 months of 2022 travelling to London, South Africa and Venice on vacation? Why do they not see that Fanny and her family have copious amounts of money to spend on entertainment, travel & furniture, that they own significant real estate and all have a very comfortable lifestyle. They wouldn't give money to a destitute, handicapped street person, but they'll gladly donate to Fanny & her family. Sad and crazy!

I was eagerly waiting to see how long my comments on the SA Cadeaux vlog would stay up. Each time I checked it was still there which surprised me, but then when I checked while logged out of my channel they were gone, but still visible when searched logged on. Can anybody enlighten me?

Sadly this means she has blocked you. You can still write whatever you like under her videos, but you will be the only one seeing it. Shit happens.

In an ideal world things will play out like that probably. In reality, the harm done can hurt a hell of a lot more. You only have to read the blogs of her former guardian Frank to see what her misbehavior can cause mentally. He was even more capable than Dan and managed her whole HMN by himself, veggie garden, animals, B&B, kitchen, everything. Like being Nutty, Dan and Marie in one. At the time they were thinking of buying their own chateau in the area and start a business themselves, instead they bought a tiny cottage and are still having a hard time making it all work. SJ will never mourn any loss other than her father. Dan really needs to be more careful.

I think you underestimate, vastly, the appeal of Dan's renovation videos. Many of us started watching SJ for the reno and stayed for the train wreck. And the shittoo provides Dan and his fans with endless reno content, as does his own house. If he quit Lalande tomorrow, he'd still be Dan and have plenty of video content which may not appeal to those who require train wrecks for daily spectacle. I am not the only person who is thrilled to be watching somebody repoint old stone with lime mortar -- the two Traceys, at Lalacelle and French Farmhouse Diaries, are just the ladies of a certain age to lead the pointing pack and its fans.
Your friends, who are the nicest guys, were way more mesmerized by SJ and LaLande than Dan is. They really went through a wormhole there, the costumes, the hospitality business, the food styling, the running of a large and exogamous, as they thought, farmhouse of opera and culture. There may have been wine involved, as FD recently came out as a recovering alcoholic featuring shots of a beautifully laid new year's table, beautifully styled food, and wine with two beautifully styled goblets. (No recovering alcoholic I know drinks wine or objectifies it in sensuous pictures.)
I don't see Dan doing anything like that. Not. Anything. His barn alone provides him with five years of reno content I, and thousands of others, will be delighted to watch. The movement of Annalise and the scrumptious little boys into rural Francophone society is a trend gathering momentum all his fans are thrilled to see. And, proverbially, notoriously, away from Lalande and everything insular and incestuous and immoral that it stands for.

These kind of selfies just puzzle me! Smiling at yourself down a camera...? I am vain enough to enjoy seeing photos of myself at times, but I much prefer it when someone has captured my image whilst I am engaging in something or with someone, and just happen to look like Gods gift to women When we throw big parties we actually pay someone to take photos of people discreetly, it is kind of sad to show a lot of your phone. I would not ever be caught dead smiling at myself down a camera like that, twits or teenage girls do it. SJ is doing well as usual but can't compete with them. She has her cult following to keep her pockets lined. Surprisingly she got her usual ~2 million views even she uploaded less. Food for thought.

People don't seem to care about MPK anymore, under 100k views to his 'fresh' start. It looks like it's a no go. I feel a proper 'woe is me'-car crash video coming.

Billy, DTM and Anna with her talking horse Ed are competing neck to neck. Well done all of them! 2022 might be the year for them. La Lacelles will join them in a few months.

IT'S OFFICIAL FANNY IS AN ALCOHOLIC CHARLATAN! The first thing that really gets me weirded out about her was the amount of alcohol she drinks as if it's water and how she tried to make way to create "drinking areas" not just in the Chateau de la dump but in other chateaus also. E.g. the secret door at the fleuries chateau she suggested to make it into a hidden bar (*eyeroll). She just drunk and drunk even though it's obviously noontime and NOT 5 PM. She also stated that she would keep her relationship as lowkey as possible (despite of being unethical and unprofessional) but here she goes parading her toy boy as if she was the Duke of Windsor. @Lizzybean He only edits one which can’t take more than a few hours since it’s just filming gift opening. Hardly a hardship, since it’s really like brocanting at home and he can hear his own exclamations of “It’s beeeeautiful!!” every two seconds. Can’t edit those out. It does take him away from polishing his crystal and admiring his China, so we can feel a little sorry for him….well, not really.
