100%, I blocked / removed him from everything when he said I lacked self reflection and was wondering what benefit we bring to each other's lives. It's just a complete asshole move to make someone think there's something wrong with them when really it's because you've dug yourself too deep into a lie and can't bring yourself to come clean.

It's someone who up until last month kept trying to chance their arm with me too.
100% but I’m glad you now know the truth and they are out of your life!

Land sickness! I was on a cruise recently (disembarked on Sat) and I have this awful feeling of still being at sea  I am dizzy and feel like I can't walk in a straight line. Was due back at work today but logged on and couldn't focus on the screen, felt as if I was going to fall off my seat! I have had to take today off sick after being off for 2 weeks.

Does anyone have any experience of this or any tips to get rid of it?
Am not long off a cruise myself an had this, I got the motion sickness patches an bands (I did have them on all cruise as well) an it seemed to help me, the patches can go behind the ear and on the stomach an you can have those on plus the bands

So long as it's not got anything like medication wise then I say just put everything on, laying an sleeping on my back for some reason helped me as well, an cleaning my ears out, you might need to check your ears as well as that can affect the balance an dizziness

Ginger helps too, biscuits, in a drink etc

Not sure where to put this and it's very boring sorry. I have quite a few people on Christmas Day and I'm stressing as I don't have a large oven. I'm cooking chicken and beef and want to cook one chicken the night before and somehow reheat on the day just so I'm sure I have plenty to go around. How would you reheat the chicken to keep it moist (hate that word)? I was thinking of carving and plating the meat then microwaving it while covered and hoping for the best. Any advice very welcome and sorry for the dull question.
I would reheat covered in gravy, although if you're short of room anyway, maybe you won't have room for this. 😬 Do you have an airfryer? I always do our "roast" chicken in ours now - leaves room in the oven for all the other bits.

Not really advice as such, more just curious

Has anyone else been getting a ton of spam calls from mobile numbers recently? My phone's contract was up November so I switched to a new phone (same number) but ever since then I feel like I am getting a ridiculous amount of spam calls, I've had 5 today so far, it's all mobile numbers an they don't show up as spam (like my last phone did) so I end up answering then because I am trying to find morning work an don't want to end up missing a call from what could be a company

It just feels like it's getting out of hand, every single number is a new one so even blocking them doesn't slow them down, am not sure what I can do an changing my number is going to be a straight up nightmare for the chance that a new number might not be as bad
Have you filled out any new form or registrations recently?
It could be that your number has just appeared on some new cold calling list too. Happens with emails sometimes too, when the data is sold you get a sudden influx.

10 weeks 5 days pregnant, nausea after my afternoon nap has been the worst. Snacking fresh air and water is helping but it comes in waves.
B vitamins help, orange juice, eggs for protein. Stress makes it worse . I’ve had four children. I used sleep hypnosis with number two and slept the whole night through. My first pregnancy was hell, felt nauseous all the time, except when I felt hungry enough to eat eggs and bacon and oranges.

For balance, I have a Toyota and it never skipped a beat for years or cost a penny until it finally just failed (gear box needed replacing).

Has anyone had their breast implants removed. I’m considering getting them and I’m just wondering whether they leave you with saggy skin if were to remove them in the future
Having watched botched I would say yes, the degree depends on how big the implant and how much breast tissue you have

Congratulations 😀 only thing that helped me was eating really strong mints. Ginger biscuits and all that didn’t do a thing for me

I guess it depends (like most cars I think?) whether the person who first bought it selected the cameras? My parents first one didn't have the cameras but their new one does. They were both newish when bought I think a 2017 plate and a 2019 plate. I know my dad wanted another 2017 plate due to the cheaper tax but found the 2019 one for a good price so ended up with that even though the tax is more
Ah, I'll make sure to check if they have them, with the i10 it was all standard fitting for the base model, but with the aygo I don't know what's all standard for it and what needs to be added, the i10 had the option to go mid range an it was adding in tinted windows an heated seats with a heated steering wheel, can't remember what the top range was but I was happy at just the base

It's a Google pixel I have, but am due a upgrade, what phone do you have that offers this as I don't believe mine does

Honestly if there was an app out there that said you've been on FB for a hour so get off your arse, that would be great lol

I'll look at insta as well for limiting my time on it, I try to keep myself busy outside of work with crafts but I just find myself going back to my phone an its a habit I really want to kick, I did try at night leaving my phone downstairs when I went to bed but have found myself taking it back up again, the only reason I keep it close during the day is because someone is always looking for something or needing something (a work colleague snapped the key in the door at work an freaked out) so I prefer it for calls or texts to be where I can hear it
It's called digital wellbeing tools, I have a Sony phone but I would think most of the newer android phones would have the same. There are plenty apps like that though if you don't have it. Actually the 'Block' app I mentioned does that too and pretty sure you can set up time limits for each app specifically

I actually looked up yhe care commission but you could only complain about care you receive. Not the state of the Healthcentre. Honestly I’ve not been in ages but it was digusting. If it was a restaurant I would’ve walked straight out
I know there's health an hygiene but not sure if they are only specifically for kitchens, crazy a gp can be as bad as that though, seems a disaster waiting to happen if they do bloods there like mine does

There are apps available which will automatically block spam, spoof and scam calls true caller is one

Thank you, I appreciate your reply. I’m also autistic so I have trouble with stuff like this. I also don’t have family I could’ve gone to (which he knew). I know this isn’t his problem but it would’ve been nice to have been ‘seen’ in a time of issue.
I’ve been a bit ‘off’ today, equally he hadn’t asked how I am.
Thank you for being so kind.
I 100% get what you mean. I am undiagnosed but suspected (hello 90s eldest daughter high achiever so couldn't possibly be autistic).

This has been a real struggle of mine for years, so I know how you feel

I hope this isn't too ridiculous of a question, but I need help!

My mum and dad used to go on a few 'beach' holidays a year. But since he passed away three years ago she's really down as she feels like she hasn't got anyone to go with. I'd love to try and book a break away for us in June, but I've never booked a holiday and have no idea where to start!
How do I book flights / hotels / transfers or deals? Sorry, it's really stupid but I've tried Google and it's completely overwhelming. I don't have a massive budget either so don't want to go to a travel agent.
If anyone has any places to point me I'd be really grateful 🙏

I get at least 8 hours of sleep but I’m constantly yawning feel drowsy and eyes closing .i don’t even like coffee but having to have it just to keep my eyes open, it doesn’t help that much and im still tired. Thinking of seeing the doctor about it as it’s starting to affect my daily life

I did ask for a companion a few times. I was sort of aware there was something that they were doing that I might not be able to do. But there were a lot of us going and I knew I wasn't going to spend time with the same people
Sometimes when there are lots of people on a trip, it's hard to keep track of who is doing what. Mini groups naturally form and it might have genuinely been that each person presumed everyone else was off doing something. You mentioned getting some bad messages from a friend - do you mind sharing what they said and if anything prompted them?

My sister went on a cruise ages ago and had the same, someone gave her a tip of eating something carb-heavy and taking a walk. She said it did the trick for her even if she had to force down the breakfast at first, so it might be worth a try.

Anyone know what type of flowers I can get that deer won't eat? Preferable small colourful ones

Someone said to get geraniums cause they won't eat them, but they definitely will eat them 😅 seeing as they have had a feast of everyone of them in the garden, another was marigolds but they attract slugs like crazy, also don't want lavender because the cats go for them, so is there anything I could try? it will be for little plant pots so nothing too big
Hyssop
Bee balm
Cat mint
Echinacea
