Reading the Glassdoor workplace reviews and I’m not surprised ex employees complained of racism, misogyny and bullying. The man is an absolute danger.

I've seen it all now! The NHS ask him to do trials but they're corrupt 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was having a look to see if he's every mentioned his grandad being diabetic and found this from 2019.
If the NHS is as corrupt as he says, they wouldn’t be staking out complete strangers like Team RH to give them money. That’s not how corruption tends to work.

Also, his post is libellous towards the NHS. I hope he gets a letter from their solicitor 😂

Group members busy today…. Both fictional PT and Richie are unqualified 😅
To be a PT you need to be qualified. You not only do a pratical with a client you sit a nutrition and then a physiology/biology type exam multiple choice but you still have to pass to become a PT. That is all he is or started off as, a glorified PT.
To advise type 1 or type 2 clients with diabetes on weight loss you need a specialised qualification or one that runs along side your PT and nutrition qualification. Or be a RDN only then if you are looking to lose weight and or improve health the RDN will or could refer you or advise you to go to a nutritionist but not after monitoring you and helping you regulate your blood sugars through diet and activity, and help you understand your condition. To advise anyone who is obese or mobidly obese, suffers back injury, has diabetes, cancer, thyroid or any other metabolic issues, disabilities, prolonged medical issues, even age and ability with age requires a specialist qualification along side to provide any activity programme. You also need the appropriate insurance. Or if not qualified at the very least a Drs approval or letter approving you and your programme to help them. Get any client to sign an understanding agreement.
He knows nothing new beyond the biological chemistry of calorie deficit. Yes energy in v energy out is the only way weightloss occurs but other medical factors can make it difficult for some people as their calories would need to be much lower than usual. If they have any condition or disease before heavily restricting calories they should consult their Dr or dietician. As for him regulating his grandads for 15 years, unless he was there 24/7 he can't. Not saying he didn't help him but what he eats or doesn't do when he isn't there can't be monitored. What works for his grandad won't for others, and others don't have people to control their eating either. He's still a 🔔🔚

‘Group Member’ has been very busy for the last hour…

This bit made me laugh!!

Getting schooled on Type I by someone with actual experience of the condition - he disagrees 🙄🤦‍♀️
She’s my mate and has an insta page with large following regarding her diabetes. Love that she has flagged his behaviour on there and that she stood up to him. 🙌🏻 Claiming to reverse life long conditions, what a plank

My SIL sounds like your friend. About 4 years ago Howey posted something questionable about type 2 on his public page, and she was straight in there putting him right. She's type 1, very involved with the community, has a degree in nutrition and knows all the latest research, she was even doing a phd in diabulemia. Yet still she finds her own condition difficult to manage, that's because her own physiology makes it very complex. Richie Howey has the experience of ONE person with type 1. Yes he may have helped his Grandad, but what I've learned from SIL is even with type 1 the management can be totally different between people. How dare he think he knows more than someone living with the condition!

I hope they have public liability insurance. The whole weight loss industry is a free for all and whilst I support cal deficit, there’s a line that has been crossed here. How can we have uneducated unqualified individuals advising people on things they know nothing about? He managed his granddads diabetes? It’s like saying I know better than you cause my mums a nurse. So what. That doesn’t qualify you. When anyone uses a random unsubstantiated questionable fact to make a bold claim about their knowledge that’s the biggest red flag. Helping his grandad is anecdotal evidence at the very most. But he’s not able to grasp the concept of research and empirical studies. That’s what we have academically minded people to thank for.

Anonymous group member. Is Caroline Girvan who Richie modelled Rachel on I wonder?

Maybe he should take a look at how she approaches medical conditions…

He needs to find that energy he has when someone posts “Slimming World worked for me” and apply it to himself.

It’s the part about nailing her tracking for 3 weeks before contacting coaches that makes me laugh, no one but him would say that. Like saying ill ask for help once I’ve mastered it myself and no longer need help, genius 🙄

Omg that insulin post 😱😱 what a bleeping idiot saying he knows more than her. Good on her for telling it like it is! He IS a danger. And all for the £60 that he'd lose if the woman didn't follow HIS plan but instead listened to a doctor, a diabetic specialist. What a bleep!

And of course the minute someone stands up to him they're "toxic"

That's just such an outrageous lie from him. 'The NHS' contact him?! I highly doubt this but, if they do, I suspect he's misunderstood and they want him for a trial on narcissism and delusional behaviour.

There’s actually no point in a member writing the post at all. Why would an anonymous poster write that drivel? He wrote it so he could be seen to praise someone for doing as they’re told and to think he is the ‘boss’ what an idiot. And a little positive review at the end as he can’t do fake trustpilot reviews any more 🙈🤣

He definitely wrote this post.
2700 calories? Assuming she is still 5'6 in height that is roughly maintenence for her weight now even if she is active everyday so she will stop losing the little she is losing. Then when she asks for advice, she will be told to track better as her tracking will be deemed shite, and or up her activity as her steps are low, her macros, fibre, protein aren't being hit before he even considers dropping her calories or looking and analysing the data she has.

I'm part of the CG community, it's world's apart from RH nastiness, so much positivity and Caroline is the complete opposite of that absolute tool! The question is why is he posting a link to her? What's he trying to get out of it? Is it just that there fucked and cba to post workouts so are saying here's some, or is he trying to manipulate her community, steal ideas? or is everyone leaving in droves as they've found something better and so he's trying to find space for RH to keep some paying members (look how great I am mentioning these awesome workouts, please remember to continue to leave your £6 at the door every 6 months). Idk there's gotta be a catch somewhere!

They definitely copied CG for a while. She was mentioned on here a last year and a comparison was made against what she's doing and the shite RH wss turning out. Suddenly Rach is posting workouts in bright couloured sports bras with a timer on the top!

He probably thinks that she will notice him and think he’s great or something deluded.

Defo tried to turn Rachel into a version of this woman. In my opinion.

He did the same jumping on Emily Skyes post . Trying to gain followers off them. Like to see him do it on a male fitness trainer ...
