I've seen it all now! The NHS ask him to do trials but they're corrupt I was having a look to see if he's every mentioned his grandad being diabetic and found this from 2019.

When has he ever respected anyones opinion? Respecting someone’s opinion is not illustrated by deleting their comments making passive aggressive comments and then removing them from the group - ‘good luck, hope you level up over time whilst raging about it’. What’s the purpose of this message other than to have the last word, show his own rage of someone having a different opinion through their own personal experience.
What’s the purpose of the put downs? Why the need to say ‘it’s a shame it’s taken a health scare for you to pull your finger out? What’s the purpose of that statement? To belittle and shame anonymous group member?
Being respectful would be showing empathy with the person regardless of your own opinion by thinking about what you’ve said and how that person is feeling when they’ve written their message. It may seem like rage but it’s coming from a place of potential hurt and upset. Triggered by something you’ve said. If you can’t find it in yourself to have empathy then just respectfully move on from these conversations. Engaging in public debate showing your own rage is childish and makes you look like an absolute clown.

A little bit of research using medical papers produced by Harvard University: Carbohydrates are converted into sugar (glucose) in the body. Refined carbohydrates tend to cause sharp spikes in blood sugar. Most people with diabetes should therefore monitor carbohydrate intake and this should be carefully aligned with medication to avoid any complications. The lady is correct. There is plenty of research out there that supports this basic science and science I would tend to lean towards this being more accurate than TeamRH who are not medically trained and potentially providing inaccurate dangerous advice.
How can he still use that 'trust us...' line? Just look at Trustpilot, he couldnt even be trusted with that! He is repeatedly being caught out for lying and BS and yet he doesnt see it.
