I thought this! And then a year or so back they had another new mattress, I remember her being over excited and sleeping on the sofa because it needed time to settle or something. Everyone will shout at me for this but I love to decorate at Halloween like some candles and maybe some web and spiders, add some lights and things like that. Even though my kids are older but bleeping hell, the stuff I put out is stuff I’ve had so long and it’s not cluttered it just gives it that autumn feel (god I sound like them) but like you know hocus pokus and the Americans that go all out. I love that. But what I don’t do is have spooky pjs, spooky plates and nibbles and snackies and all that cheap crap trash and tan do. Oh god can’t believe I’ve admitted it. I’ll see my self out lmfao and before I go can I just add lmfao that I do not spend every evening faffing to take pictures nor do I go out everyday to find new stuff. I shove em up around the beginning of oct with a big gin, one evening when I have naff all to do lmfao
Maybe because they keep getting these cheap discount mattresses! And they don't end up being comfortable for very long so she is eager to replace.
I love Halloween too. I like to decorate or theme things a little bit but I can't justify spending much money on it, so I only have a few items. I certainly do not waste money (and storage space) on themed pajamas, bedding, kitchen pieces that I will only use a few weeks a year!
Me too! They've actually ruined it a bit for me, they are just something else.
Sad aint it, I’ve always done it since my kids were little and seeing their ridiculous pictures has made me feel like I’m as pathetic as them but I promise mine isn’t tacky like theirs lmfao

No I love Halloween too and had a few little decorations before I had my baby so it was just me and the dog to enjoy them. They spoil everything with their tat and commercialism!
