Another #ad disguised as a fun experience for the kids. I'd be so sad if I was one of the boys and looked back thinking that lots of the fun things my parents did with me were because they were being paid.
Also, massively tone deaf in the current situation to plug all this expensive Regatta stuff to build what is essentially a makeshift den in the living room.
I used to really like Susie and Greg but they are just so grabby now and they don't have a USP so sell the boys instead.

Sadly, I have to agree with you here, on all accounts. Global pandemic, millions of people struggling to make ends meet, but hey let’s spend a small fortune on something we could do for free, this making other parents feel totally inept.
It will be interesting in the future to see how many people resent their parents for doing this. I’m sure they do other things that we don’t see, but the ‘out there’ extravagant stuff is all for ads. Definitely feels like they’ve become obsessed with their own profiles and lifestyle, and are putting that above their kids. Not to mention using their kids to fund it.
I think you can tell that they (/Greg) don’t have a steady stream of income anymore. Greg literally will take anything that he can get whether that’s a reality tv appearance or another random IG ad since he gave up sport. He must feel the pressure to keep Susie in the life that she is now accustomed to - she clearly wanted to bag someone ‘famous’ based on previous conquests so that she doesn’t have to do anything for a living.
Who are the previous conquests? Rugby players?
Mainly I think - from what she’s said previously she used to go out specifically to pull Rugby players or sportsmen in general.

Also, where are they ALL going in the car?! They live in the middle of nowhere and have plenty of places they seemingly normally explore on foot, so why the need to drive anywhere?! I get that she can’t drive, but can’t he go and do the shopping alone or something?!

I find it strange that we never hear anything of Greg’s family. Even before lockdown you never heard of the boys seeing their grandparents or them visiting them...
I can remember him mentioning somewhere that he doesn't really get along with them now. They are practicing Jehovah's Witnesses and he decided he didn't want to follow the religion any longer.
I remember her saying a while ago that he has a portfolio of properties he rents out so I don’t think they need to do ads (if it’s true).
