I ain't religious or anything but if you make a criminal offence and are proven guilty without any doubt by both a crown and civil court it's time to get some kind of moral respect back with an apology. When his solicitor warned SB he would be facing a long stretch in jail, he probably didn’t realize they were referring to his hole. Added bonus for perma-gaping SB tho.His cell mate will be giving it to him good

So he has sold it already. There is a pending application at the land registry by the new owners. I’ll keep an eye out for who the new owner is. Just to add this is a public document so can be uploaded here (mods please correct me if this is wrong).

Not seen that type of document before, does that mean new owner has a mortgage with NW on the property?
This is the discharge of bears mortgage. Ive found that it actually completed around the end of July and it was a company who purchased it in cash called Asus Investments Limited (see attached which is their priority at the Land registry whilst the registration goes through).

Yep so quick companies house check shows the Director is also a Director for 'We buy any homes' So the scumbag really did sell it to one of those companys for 20 to 30% below value, just so G couldnt get any lump sum out of him. This screams of some sort of fraud - offloading assets on purpose. But hey at least it means he does walk out of prison with absolutely nothing, no money, no home, no life!

He will still have to pay even taken at Source from any benefits he might claim , and his OAP pension payments upon reaching retirement age. He will be paying , have no doubt about that. It'll hang over him the rest of his life, however long he lives, as he sees the deduction being made- until its all paid.....to the last ten pence.
I guessed that is what he would do as well as they can go through in 7 days and any profit he made would have gone to G not him. He therefore likely sold it at a price which would just clear the mortgage and legal fees for selling. I wouldn’t be surprised if he then files for bankruptcy to avoid any payment at all to G. bleep.
It won't matter if he's a declared bankrupt. They'll take money at Source from his benefits money.
