I'm finding it odd the agent used old photos they had previously on file when he tried to rent the property. If they were selling the house wouldn't someone from the company take new photos to show the updates that have been made. He built an entire second walk in wardrobe for Jizz .. hung the doors upside down .. cut trees round the back .. fireplaces halfway up the wall and neon strip lighting up the stairs. The outside of the property looks totally different as well from before Jizz started squatting there.
That's alright. It WILL be taken off of him. For the rest of his life until its paid.....
ThisHe's an idiot if he did sell the house at a rock bottom price. He still owes the money, best thing he could have done would be to get as much cash from the house as possible, so that he could shift the debt as soon as he can. But he doesn't want her to have any money, and would rather have a debt hanging over him for years and pay her in tiny amounts.
.... Bottom line is, he is so hateful and probably consumed with getting his own back, he would rather be in debt forever than Georgia get what is rightfully hers.

I don't feel he has had his full karma - he will have had a cwchty stay benefit of HMP service - no rent, no bills - the silly witch of a girlfriend flitting about doing her thing.
