I agree with you. Regardless if she slept with him willingly he had no right to put that video out to anyone
She did not agree to have sex on camera, let alone it then be uploaded to his OF and broadcast to the world. Whether it was consensual sex has no bearing on my mind.

duck this judge.

He needs to be held accountable and the punishment needs to be a deterrent for future offenders. Is that not the point of the revenge porn laws? I don’t care who it is, they need to make an example of him. To let him off with zero repercussions whilst the video still exists out there on the web is a dangerous precedent to set.

I'm hoping the Judge's comment is his way of steering the Jury. Sex was consensual. They needn't think about that. What wasn't consensual was recording the sex and distributing the videos. I pray the Jury are sensible and can see through the BS.

Edited for typos.

I think the judge is just making clear the case is not about whether or not he filmed it, is solely about whether he shared it without consent. He's getting the jury to focus only on what Bear is charged with.

I think this is how he’s steering it

Correct.

If he didn’t, Chinee Saville could possibly advance it as grounds for appear!

Yeah. Because although the recording wasn't consensual, the sex was so the judy aren't to base the verdict on nonconsensual sex. Because some of the jury might think that maybe?

I do have a feeling, though that he'll either get NG or he'll get suspended sentence. Either way, Georgia has lost really because he'll just go home and do more videos with the girlfriend.

If he gets away with it then that is a shocking failure of the legal system. Such a "high profile" person getting away with something like this could be such a dangerous precedent to set :(

The case is about that though, that's his voyeurism charge.

Sadly it wouldn't be the first and won't be the last ☹

What I find absolutely hilarious is the fact that he reckons everything will go back to his prime days once this case is over, and he will be inundated with TV and work offers. Nobody will go anywhere near him now and its amazing to see.
his prime days were already on the slide when he uploaded this video. He was already reduced down to doing nightclub PRs & stuff. He was fading into obscurity & debt. He’s been deluding himself & Jizz that the reason he doesn’t have any work is because of this trial but it was happening before, this has just speeded it up. The trial has got him back into the limelight which hedesperately craves. He genuinely thinks if he gets off he will be able to use it to restart his career. And he probably will to an extent there will be interviews & TV appearances about his wrongful arrest. If he gets off it will be horrific to watch.

Even if he gets found guilty I doubt he'll get sent to prison.

Don't know if my mind can handle tbh. I have no faith in the system anyway. If he gets away with this then it's a green light for all abusers and sex offenders to carry on as they are

Fucks sake, you have to have signs up to say when there's cctv and that you might be being recorded.
You can’t even record aTeams/Zoom meeting without letting participants be aware.
Georgia didn't know there was cctv rolling in that garden.
That judge's statement could be confusing if considered out of context.

Thank you to all screenshotters and commentators here, you're amazing x

I’m so nervous, lads. What with there being so many men on the jury and the judges’ comments, I fear we won’t get the outcome we want and that Georgia deserves.

He should get found guilty, that's what my money would be on. I think a sentence is more likely to be suspended, but there are a lot of aggravating factors here and little in the way of mitigation.
