i have an aversion to most things child related but work in a surgery, once asked our midwife what a sweep was, she then went on to say “you have an expressive face when you’re repulsed”
(Nothing against childbirth or anything like that but the more I learn about it the more I’m like ehhhhhhh)
if she wore those same trainers at the hospital for the check they would’ve been dirty but they were clean so maybe the poster who said she went afterward is correct.

Home birth recently, knew I was in labour had shipped off the toddler but wasn’t ready to go to hosp just yet. Baby born on the loo just minutes before paramedics arrived with some gas n air delivered by himself - who’s still a bit shook
