Hannah says she injured her hip (just as likely her back) during her "workout" video the day before to which Shane responds by laughing. In that video we saw her holding Shane in her arms, and Shane admits she picked him up repeatedly and at some point ran through the house carrying him and chasing the dog. Many people have suggested she get a lift to help move him so she doesn't hurt her back, but she refuses. I'm surprised no one has comped them one yet.
That one and "Shane Helps Hannah Take a Shower" are the creepiest two they've done IMO, and almost as bad was when Hannah took his shirt and pants off in the "workout" video.
