I think someone did make a comment a while back about there being a lot of single use plastic and she flipped saying that you’re privileged if your able to be environmentally conscious and that not everyone can be. While I understand to a point that many environmentally friendly solutions can be more costly surely we can all make a small difference

So glad to see her pop up on here. I have listened to her podcasts. I enjoyed them but she's gradually soured on me. Such a bitchy attitude and all the fat positivity stuff - meh. I noticed the bathroom stories yesterday and thought she was being a real cow.

I noticed bodiposipanda commented something pretty balanced on there, but sofie also is ‘friends’ with jessamyn Stanley who is fucking ace at yoga, and she is a fat person. She’s perpetuating the concept fat people can’t/don’t excercise and it’s just something for thin people. I feel like she could do with going for a nice walk and blowing the cobwebs away, take the dog out, come home and feel the benefit of the warm house and comfy chair. And then tell us excercise isn’t healthy.

exactly, I was not aware of Jessamyn but sofie should be promoting people like her surely, there is so much discrimination about overweight people in exercise classes etc, especially things like yoga. This would be a much better use of Sofie's platform rather than just negativity. None of it really makes any sense, saying being overweright isn;t unhealthy but then just shunning any exercise is ridiculous imo

Right? She loves everything dark and England is not the country of light and sunshine lol For someone so concerned by her mental health, it seems strange.

Sofie said yesterday that the state of the kitchen is affecting their mental health so much that they couldn't release the next episode of MOHPod as planned.

Think the chaos has become overwhelming. As someone else said, Sofie's mental health would probably benefit from a good clear out and declutter, not from buying even more things to stuff in that little flat to achieve some maximalist aesthetic.

The thing is there are plus size influencers who are genuinely active and seem healthy to me. She just Is just the laziest person I've ever seen on Instagram, she actually gives a lot of plus size people a bad name. She makes zero effort to be healthy. This all sounds harsh I know but it's true. I feel for poor Hank.

Even if she wasn’t really overweight her diet is atrocious, there is no way she can claim to be in any way healthy

I also think Sofie would be too stubborn/ delusional to admit she might not be capable of taking care of him as he needs, so because of that she might never rehome him because she’s convinced everything is fine.

I think if they do get rid of him she will never address it properly and just aggressively respond ot comments citing mental health issues

I definitely don't believe that weight is entirely someone's choice, there are dozens of valid medical reasons for being overweight. But as far as we know it really is just a choice on Sofie's part because that's how she wants to look, which is fine, you do you. But compared to autism, deafness, people in wheelchairs.... One of these things is not like the other.

yeah it really is ridiculous, she constantly needs to find something to prove how disadvantaged she is
