So... once again followers are the worst people ever for reading a tone from a message / story / caption, but it’s absolutely fine for Sofie to do it, and basically call this person (who asked an absolutely inoffensive and reasonable question) annoying?!
I wonder whether Sofie is just generally just an extremely arrogant person or whether they are going through something? I'm just flabbergasted by the level of aggression in response to perfectly well-meaning messages from fans.

The entire scales debacle…she can NEVER be wrong can she? She’s so embarrassing

I’m actually less pissed about the scales thing and more pissed off that she’s so arrogant she thinks she’s above any kind of criticism. I get that it’s too easy to complain about anything on the internet but she should hold accountability for herself that she’s ALWAYS preaching for others to do.

Also I can’t cope with these idiots simping for Sofie
I don’t get the iPhone thing? You need a smart phone to participate in modern society now - everything from banking to parking relies on it, even more so during covid with track & trace?! So as ghastly as it sounds we *need* smart phones so sadly the environmental impact is necessary, chucking scales in water doesn’t benefit anyone it’s just a shitty thing to do…? We can all do better and if an environmentally preferable smartphone brand comes out I’m sure lots of us will opt towards that. None of us are going to start littering because coke aren’t environmentally efficient tho?

She blocked me 😂😂 I posted a comment on he repost of the throwing the scales in the water post. Basically saying that sofie actually didn't give a shit about the environment/was incredibly intolerant of those with slightly differing opinions than theirs and that's why they were so overly aggressive with the replies that called them out OR they had another ad coming up and needed to get the engagement up so chucked up a contraversial post to get the figures up. Must have hit a nerve there!

i cannot even get that latest post, so .... not good to post about exercise... yet i am now posting?
Don’t worry, people are gonna have WRONG OPINIONS in the comments and DMs, so Sofie’s got about 20 angry stories and like 4 more grid posts to explain herself :ROFLMAO:

Idea: if you need money, just promote your work for a week or so and don't mention why you're doing it

But I guess that's not as easy as getting strangers on the internet to pay your bills for you.

A person who can’t stand up without an external support is not someone I’d listen to about exercise being bad.
Seriously! She's (I'm going to use those pronouns for simplicity) behaving as though:
1. Exercise must be hard and exhausting and in the gym
2. If you've previously had an unhealthy relationship with food or exercise, you must never exercise again because it's traumatic.

Instead:
1. Exercise is any kind of movement. We're not supposed to be sedentary! Walk, stretch, do some yoga or tai chi. ANYTHING that involves getting up off the couch. The paralympics exist because people can find other ways of getting stronger, but it doesn't even necessarily have to be intense (although getting your heart rate up occasionally is also good)
2. I have been extremely all or nothing about exercise and diet in the past. Now, yes I do *some* kind of exercise daily. But mostly pretty low intensity, strength a few times a week. I know I feel better when I've moved and that having some strength will stand to me. She's making herself FEEBLE and just making excuses...instead of saying she just doesn't want to.

What's about the medication she takes (always showing in her stories)? Something to do with her mental health?
More of that today as well. Pretty dull content. Does she want a medal for performing every day tasks (yes, yes she does).

How about instead having a daily video of Hank getting walked?

That’s a relief @mystic29
i read that and the Twitter one and was just baffled both times as to why they‘d reacted like that. I used to really like their stuff but I don’t want to follow someone with the constant fear that if I say the wrong thing by accident they might turn on me and bring a big gang with them to beat me up after school. For someone who has talked about being bullied she does a great job of bullying others.

Potentially unpopular opinion here but I am straight sized (if that’s the still the right word?) and whilst I respect their history absolutely hate those chairs and wish they’d get rid, they’re bum numbing and sometimes they’re at such a downwards sloping angle you think… surely after however many years I’m not gonna be the one to take this chair down?

It’s like a lot of what she has to say is so close to being a fair point re: accessibility but she takes it to the nth degree and alienates people that would otherwise engage with these convos.
Going to the theatre IMO is a privelage, a joy, a pasttime. So preaching like this just screams privilege to me which is the common theme of her posts the last few years. She wants to other herself, when she could just champion those less fortunate than her instead of pretending being fat is the same as deafness for instance. I’m fat but I’ve been many shapes and sizes, and regardless my hips are wide and I can’t sit comfortably on the swings at the park amongst other things, such is life I guess.

THREE takeaways in an average day?!? I just... I get not wanting to cook when you feel crappy but just stock up on ready meals or ravioli or something easy? It's such a huge waste of money!! (And I say this as someone who orders takeaways 3 times a week and can't really afford it but knows how tempting it is, hence my coping strategies.)
Yes and earlier this week they were talking about overspending etc - well it’s no mystery as to how is it!

It’s mad she’s sharing that with the same audience she begs off to pay her vet’s bills…? I’m sure very few of them can afford to do diddly shit other than deliveroo all day hence them being able to pick up Hanks’ tab.

Also thought Tiktoks were like 15 seconds, that felt like a v depressing hour.
Honestly.. like what would she do if she didn't have followers to beg money from when vet bills come up? Let him suffer? For most people that's a wake up call, and you don't get to spend frivolously because of your 'trauma', you just suck it up and stop buying shit you don't need so you can actually afford to keep your pet.

3 takeaways is easily £30/day which is what I spend on a week of groceries. Sofie needs to sort their shit out.

I don't think Sofie ever claims to be healthy, and if they're happy in the body they're in, that's fine. No one owes anyone else health. BUT... I think they should at least be able to maintain a level of fitness that means they can walk Hank and give him the life he deserves (or at least hire a dog walker!!!)
I agree with this. Someone can choose if they eat badly/smoke/drink etc and that’s their choice and not my business - it only impacts them. But when it starts impacting others or animals in their care then that’s not the same thing. And as we keep saying, Hank is a big dog! He’s not a tiny little thing with short legs that’ll get worn out after a small walk. He needs a proper walk, not a quick lap around their little garden.

Hmm, I find it all quite sinister. The information she's asking about (sexual orientation, income, etc) is extremely sensitive and she's given no indication as to what she's using it for or whether she's keeping it confidential.

Only Sofie would ask her followers to complete an extremely personal and time-consuming survey and then criticise how they complete it though. 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah same, i opened the survey out of curiosity and felt quite uncomfortable. I conduct sensitive surveys in my line of work and you have to be really clear about what you are going to do with the data, why you need it and how you will store it.

I wonder how this sits from a GDPR perspective? Personal data is more than just your name/address etc. And needs to be handled appropriately. Also, I'd question how ''anonymous'' it is with the level of identifying information that's being asked for.

I really hope people filling it in are not taking it seriously and sharing lots of details with a stranger. It boggles my mind that Sofie thinks it's appropriate to ask for SO much personal data with no details on why they're collecting it or what they're going to do with it. It could be used publicly for content/material for all anyone knows or as mentioned above, to drum up more partnerships. Icky all round.

Yup. Poor Hank has never seen a park.
could someone report her to the RSPCA? I imagine if she saw anyone else do this (this is animal abuse, plain and simple) she would go mad at them, as would her fans. People treating animals badly/not looking after them as they should makes me SO angry. Especially as she hasn;t adopted a needy animal from an overcrowded shelter, someone better equipped could have bought this dog.

This drives me CRAZY. Like, I like the gym. I have a mini elliptical thing at home that I got because of Covid. But that exercise habit started with walking and yoga, then increasing to a jog. I don't know what she has against just getting out with her dog.
Sofie explained to us just after she got Hank that he just wants to sleep and cuddle and doesn’t like walks

This was just around the time she told us he was super emotional and cried sometimes. Despite buying a sharpei she apparently hadn’t heard of entropion :cautious:

Just a tip Sofie - some of the people reading you whining about how it’s so hard to go outside and how you can’t be bothered to are going to remember you also own a MASSIVE DOG who needs more than one walk a day!!

Could it be more obvious that she thinks letting Hank out in the garden is enough exercise for him and is so self obsessed she can’t see it’s driving him crazy 😟
Poor Hank 😞

why does she seem to think it's cute to pass off not being arsed to do stuff as "dissociating".....

that video seems so depressing to me but the comments are super positive, i guess it must work for her audience, can't see the appeal myself
