I used to be a keen runner having ran marathons, 1/2 marathons, 10ks, 5ks all to the best of my ability & trained extremely hard to get my pbs in each of them I can tell you now this lying ginger minger is NOT nasal breathing with that heart rate peaking at 180bpm & averaging 170bpm

Is 170/180 bpm a sign of a good runner? That sounds quite high but it's a long time since I ran 5ks.

The my protein gear is awful and I was early 20s wearing it wondering why I had such a big fun pouch when I'd never noticed it before
The elastic at the top is always far too tight (not uncomfortably but that's what causes this massive fun pouch) it's not flattering gear at all
