What happened with recabrilated bodies ? I'm still not over her stomping around the villa for steps. Now she turns around saying how damaging it was for her and that she lost her period etc (never saying anything at the time) and of course this could be seen as reflecting badly on RB even though they are professionalism personified. Jesus fucking christ!Eating disorders can occur from any kind of scheduled restrictive programmes.......
I.e Oh fitness furnace! I did it 3 years ago and it changed my view on nutrition and not for the better, it wasnt as flexible as what she claims it is, you have insane calorie counts to hit and break downs of fat, protein, carbs and at what time after training.
I did it for nearly 12 weeks got myself super lean (dont actually have any photos of that time as I was sacrificing socialising so I could "hit my calories") and I went the three months without having a period and had to see a gynae cos I didnt know what was wrong
But yeah that messed up my eating and In the months after put on more weight than what I started cos I was thinking siobhan told us we should be eating more its ok!! Definitely wasn't a holistic or any kind of psychological body awareness component to the furnace when I did it.
Iv followed her for years but made the mistake when she had the clear braces if that caused the spit sucking, because I wanted to hey them but find that would make me more self conscious. nowadays I just watch to see what type of person not to become. In fairness it's like reverse psychology, just do the opposite of what she does. Its shivology. Part of me does pity her because I think behind that passive aggressive angryness and jumping from fad to fad is just hiding a very sad insecure person, who is aging very fast. Or maybe shes just a narcissist and it's that simple. Who knowsAh the show days. Prep was a breeze, never hungry, so simple. Got her hands a a pack of blue pringles and a jar of nutella and it all went down hill from there!!

Personally... I liked her msg of you don't have to do hours of cardio and restrictive diets to change your body shape. Weight training with progressive overload, sufficient protein intake etc will do it. They reason I liked that is because I was doing the same thing albeit with 2 small kids at the time in tow! I started weight training in 2013 but only sorted my nutrition in conjuction with it in 2015. My body completely transformed. Now my main issue is her form and blaming being heavy on not being able to do push ups..... I'm about 78kg....for reference is was only 62kg when I started lifting. I'm a size 10 still. It's nonsense. I don't understand her. Her legs, glutes do not look like she has been heavy weight training for years.... Its weird. I'm a mother of two who works full time....2 heavy leg sessions and 2 upper sessions per week and it shows...watching her training with becca gillen...her weights are so low...nothing makes sense. She's blessed she leans out nicely in the mid section, I never do without aggressive dieting... That's the only reason she resembles an 'athelete'Ah the show days.
