My guess is F45 has dropped her, so she has sourced another free 'training' venue. But fook me with alllllll the 'training' and working out , meals out, movies, events, etc these two do they really don't like being at home do they. Butt moves a lot more at boxing too

If she was going hard out at boxing possibly. But anyone who works out regularly usually hurts the second day. Once again her technique was wrong and the instructor didn’t even correct her feet! If she’s that flexible why can’t she squat lower down?
