While I agree in principle, they donāt need to because their name gets them a long way. Nepotism is alive and well and thriving in almost every business you can think of, but especially in showbiz circles. Even if they donāt have the merest sliver of talent, they can buy their way in, a la North Westās recent Disney performance. Itās absolutely sickening. I was taking the piss in my second to last post, but Lily Rose Depp is 5ft 5 and started her career as a runway model for Chanel aged 16, even though she falls way short of the standard height and looks ET.

Fellow former DSer here (kept my same āMSN messengerā name on here) joined initially for BB after the Ch4 forums closed (or got tit I canāt remember it was 2005) then got obsessed with XFactor and made a few friends on there who I used to ring (if I had enough credit!) and then was quite prolific in the MJ subforum when he died.
Loved the real life mysteries thread and there was some hilarious ones on there, only one I can think of (bar the already mentioned farts trapped in sofa) was one about a bracelet that had been lost and found? Iām trying to find it now, genuinely cried with laughter.
Re JLO Iāve read a lot of rumours about a shooting at some club when she was with PD that she was the gun mule not the person who got sent down for it. Iāve only dipped my toes into this story thoughā¦
Sophie Anderton famously had a toxic relationship with Mark Bosnich who was a very good goalie for Villa and United back then. Til he got into coke!

I used to post on DS occasionally. I remember the woman who had a million gerbils or hamsters or guinea pigs or some such.
