I think that broke him, his Mom passing away, especially as he'd payed for her surgeries. I don't claim to know much about him or his music but that's got to change a person. Very sad.Kanye West's mother died during/due to a plastic surgery as well.
The rise of basically untrained non doctors performing procedures is only going to make it worse.
I haven't seen any other reports but maybe others have?Hugo Speer reveals his ordeal after he was sacked from The Full Monty
Hugo Speer had a blissfully happy wife Vivienne, two wonderful daughters, Nico, now ten, and six-year-old Elki, and a lovely family home in leafy North London.www.dailymail.co.uk
Hugo Speer and wife going full “sad faces” in the Mail. To be honest I don’t really believe his story and sounds like the production company didn’t either.
Only thing I've seen Alex Hassell in is the TV version of The Miniaturist with Anya Taylor Joy a couple of years back. He played her husband.Alex Hassell apparently who I’ve never heard of? Also stars David Tennant and Aidan Turner
The Mail article says it was another staff member who said that to the runner on SM not him.I Googled it yesterday and apparently he asked the runner to "kick him in the dick"
I'm so sorry to read you're suffering with this.Mine is silent reflux - during lockdown I had all the signs of Covid but was it due to my stress with it and caring for my mum. I know if I start coughing I have to be careful as means the acid is tickling my vocal chords, and can lead to them spasming, thus unable to breathe. I've been taken to hospital a few times. Omeprazole doesn't help. Got worse with perimenopause. You have my sympathies.
i think he, almost certainly, had some kind of mental breakdown when she died from which he never recovered - especially as, like you say, he paid for the surgery.I think that broke him, his Mom passing away, especially as he'd payed for her surgeries. Ah, thanks. I think that I got tired of the 'woe is me' tone of the article to take much in!The Mail article says it was another staff member who said that to the runner on SM not him.
Nope, he's a bad unThat list is over played at times. Just being in his address book isn't necessarily a sign you're a diddler.
There's a lot of QAnon nonsense about Tom Hanks. Sure he might have had affairs (no idea if he has, but unlikely if a famous actor hasn't tbh), but most of the rumours are nonsense.
Jesus wept, who wrote that shit? They could get a job with Mills & Boon tomorrow. A little over dramatic, no?Hugo Speer reveals his ordeal after he was sacked from The Full Monty

i just read it based on this comment and i’m convinced that either he or his wife wrote itJesus wept, who wrote that shit? They could get a job with Mills & Boon tomorrow. A little over dramatic, no?
I'm okay with Alex as long as they turn him blonde for filming. Given Rupert is at least in part based on a young Andrew Parker-Bowles the bar isn't hugely high!Only thing I've seen Alex Hassell in is the TV version of The Miniaturist with Anya Taylor Joy a couple of years back. There was a discussion on casting a few threads back and he and several others were all dismissed by Cooper enthusiasts because they "don't look like a Greek god!". No one seemed to be able to suggest anyone who supposedly actually does.
As it happens I do like a Mills and Boon novel. They're oddly reassuring. I'll see myself outJesus wept, who wrote that shit? They could get a job with Mills & Boon tomorrow. A little over dramatic, no?
Me too!As it happens I do like a Mills and Boon novel. They're oddly reassuring. I'll see myself out
I came here for this too.Came to see if anyone knows who this could be?
Stinks of MrI came here for this too.
Are Mills & Boon still going? My Mum was a huge fan when she was alive. It gladdens my heart to know they’re still around! As it happens I do like a Mills and Boon novel. They're oddly reassuring. I'll see myself out
When my daughter was about 14 she and her friends were into Mills and Boon books so I bought her half a dozen at a car boot sale. She read them and so did her 12 year old brother who normally only read Shoot magazine. Are Mills & Boon still going? My Mum was a huge fan when she was alive. Anybody read Barbara Cartland? When my daughter was about 14 she and her friends were into Mills and Boon books so I bought her half a dozen at a car boot sale. She read them and so did her 12 year old brother who normally only read Shoot magazine.
What I didn’t realise was that there are cones with red covers and a heart which are romance.
And ones with green covers and an apple and are called Temptations and are basically soft porn for middle aged and elderly ladies.
A guy we know is married to a woman 30 years younger. Apparently she wants children (she's mid 30s) and he's not so sure about the idea - I said to OH, "you could start all that over again" to which he snorted "fuck that idea!" and stomped off to the barnI have been caught saying a bloke who I thought was in his 60's was fit. He was a John Wayne looking type and was manly but a bit cheeky chappie.
Oh the ignominy when it turned out he was in his 90's Took me ages to live that one down.
I watched a terrible film with Diana Rigg and Hugh Grant based on a Cartland novel. So bad it was funnyAnybody read Barbara Cartland?
