The body under the patio was my first real memory of a soap, terrifying. Ironically ended up at Liverpool uni and the exterior set wasn’t far from where I was. Always thought they should have dove something with it. Hollyoaks filmed in our uni gym and nearby church.

The patio storyline was brilliant. I always felt they should have done something with the set. It also kickstarted quite a few careers (good old Brooky).

I was away travelling for 6 weeks when the episodes of the body being discovered were aired. An old boyfriend recorded them all for me and on my first day back I binged the lot!

Exactly. I was attacked as a child by a toy poodle and still have the scars in my 60s.

They had proper fever dream storylines the cult, the incest, the weird virus outbreak. The ending was madness too. Great theme tune. Mad that they were the first to broadcast a lesbian kiss on mainstream tv.
