This pretty much sums up my feelings. I cannot stand the man but he is someone’s partner / father / son and I could never wish harm upon him.

I lived next door to Noel and Liam’s uncle. I remember them visiting and playing football outside when they were youngsters. They had a very tough upbringing. Their mum, Peggy is lovely and encouraged their love of music through difficult times indeed. It’s a common tactic with abusive parents to leave one alone, or abuse just one. Nothing would surprise me about their father. A brute.

So did I. After reading your post, I had to go back and checkI agree. I am a nurse specialist, havent worked past 2 weeks as hubby had symptoms so I needed to self-isolate but back tomorrow. Anyway and quite rightly we have stopped all patients attending their out patient appt and are carrying out phone reviews instead. I'm in touch with my colleagues who say it is sooo quiet, nothing to do and even resorted to dusting and cleaning the office last week!! In our trust there are currently 20 patients across 2 hospital sites with covid. No deaths and 2 patients have been sucessfully treated and dischaged. When the tit hits the fan (which I reckon will be next week) we will be redeployed onto the wards. But yes at the moment all calm and quiet.

Very true, to try and create divisions between them so they don't unite and turn against him, and in all honesty just because it would mess with their heads. The thing is, even if he didn't get beaten, violence in the household has a lasting effect, and he probably spent a fair amount of time thinking his time would come. It's probably why he has that "ready for a fight" demeanour, where he is (or was, not sure if he's mellowed) ready to pounce. It an also lead to undiagnosed ptsd and other long term psychological effects. Maybe some kind of family counselling could help them resolve their differences, but it's probably so hard for them given all that's gone on over the years.
Which means it's someone else's joke.
He's the biggest joke thief going. He used to nick jokes from new/less experienced comics when he'd be on the same bill as him. They'd see him on TV using their material and would contact him asking what the duck was going on. His usual policy of dealing with this was to write them a cheque as means of compensation.

To be fair Michael McIntyre is about as funny as a hole in a lifeboat. He’s the comedian for people who don’t like comedy.

Does anyone have any gossip on Katherine Jenkins? She's always struck me as being fake and insincere.
