I don't even understand what point she's trying to make by coming out and saying this. Anyone with half a brain knows, if you go on a Keith Lemon show, the type of humour you should expect to be greeted with!

I think what she is saying is that the Through the Keyhole Keith Lemon is a very toned down version of the part he plays on Celeb Juice. So that is why she agreed to go on Keyhole programme. However, the episode she was on took 3 hours to film, and in the bits between the recording, Lemon used Sykes as a recipient for his “banter” which was more akin to the Juice type he does, to amuse the audience who were there to watch the filming. She wanted to walk out in disgust but felt like she couldn’t. As a woman I can emphasise with that. I am sure a lot of women have found themselves in a work situation where they are made to feel uncomfortable but don’t feel they can do anything about it at the time.

This has defo been leaked to hide something else. My friend is a political journalist and apparently it’s common knowledge that Gove has been having an affair with one of his male advisors for some time- the mail won’t cover it cos Sarah vine (Mrs Gove) is one of their writers.

It does feel very iffy. How the hell have The Sun managed to get their hands on CCTV footage from inside a government building?! I’m not condoning it at all and if I was Mrs Hancock I’d probably cutting all his clothes up and burning them in the garden right now, but that’s between them. This has Cummings handprints all over it IMO. He has a personal vendetta against MH, and being a psychopath he’ll have given no thoughts whatsoever to those in involved. No they don't and I am speaking from my own experience - I wasn't a celebrity child though, just an ordinary kid with a relative who liked little girls in all the wrong ways. He's dead now so I can talk about it, but while he was alive, it was an ugly secret and I was also accused of making stuff up for attention. Therapy and a fantastic husband have saved me though.

Can’t remember if I’ve posted this before or not, but Bob Mortimer lives in my town.
Going back 20 years ago ish a friend of mine was working part time at the Disney Store and said Bob was having an affair with the manager and always coming in with flowers for her.
I can’t help it, I love Bob. Saw him once, he was wearing shorts and trainers.

About 30 years ago when Reeves and Mortimer were just breaking onto mainstream TV they gatecrashed a Medical ball I was at in a hotel in Glasgow after they'd been on stage and were obviously staying at same hotel as ball. They were so funny and very friendly and joined in at our table with a lot of wisecracks and even bought us drinks- very entertaining ...still have a soft spot for Bob and love his 'gone fishing 'programme with Paul Whitehouse

I'm another Weegie (I got shouted at on Hotukdeals for using that term, apparently it's derogatory - I was only telling fellow Weegies a certain item was in a store and got attacked!! It was said entirely innocently and affectionately. In fact the person called me a C*** which is far worse )

"Pumped" = means shagged, though it's not meant as a violent term, it's just slang. Maybe a bit disrespectful, not one I'd use to describe a woman or man.
"Fire in to" = Enthusiastically flirt/go after someone.

One term that does wind me up is "smashing it" when talking about sex, that's more offensive to me than "pumped".

On topic, it's sounding as though the rumours about how restrictive Britney's conservatorship was (from fans) were true. I was beginning to think some of them were exaggerated for effect. Poor Britney. Suppose it begs the question - when someone has been seriously mentally ill, when do you loosen the reins?

My husband is a Weegie, goes home to Weegieland now and again. He has a t-shirt with “100% Weegie” on it which I purchased in a Glasgow shop called Slanj. No offence intended or taken I think.

When money is involved, Hollywood turns a blind eye to child exploitation and abuse, as, a lot of the time, do their parents. You only have to look at Britney Spears and the hundreds of people who have gone before to know that.

If anyone has ever read the book the Godfather they’ll know that there’s a part in the book that involves the Hollywood director/producer that wouldn’t give Johnny Fontaine a part in his film, that was left out of the movie.

It involves a 12 year old child actress and her mother, the mother brings the child for an audition and then to his house. The child is seen by Tom Hagen leaving the house with her lipstick smeared, glazed over eyes and buckling legs while her mother escorts her into a car. The ‘audition’ was successful.

The book was wrote in 1969, many years before tongues started loosening about casting couches and the evil undercurrent of sexual abuse that exists in Hollywood.
