David Beckham has aged really badly, he’s not even that old really yet looks about 60. So leathery. He’s about as attractive as cold sick.

Oh BTW, I’m sure you all know anyway, but he’s got a daughter slightly older than Brooklyn who lives in Alderly Edge, Cheshire, Her mum was paid off years ago, I wonder if the girl knows who her Dad is?

I'm bewildered by Will and Jada. What's with the Red Table Talk thing anyway? Why would you have these deep, deep confessionals out there for public consumption. What about their kids? How do they feel?

Is this obsession these two have with sharing every intimate detail about their marriage some sort of Scientology thing? I find it creepy.
"They're sex people, Lynn!!"

professional beard then? You see the same old names circulating for this role.

Why has no one asked me to be a beard? I’d happily soldier that burden if they paid my mortgage and left me in peace.

I remember Michael Barrymore when he was at the peak of his career and could not for the life of me understand why people loved him his whole act was taking the piss out of people and in a very rude and nasty way
It was like someone gave that cabbie you wished would just shut up and drive a job on the telly.

Heather Mills is a cunt though. She’s mentally ill with a serious personality disorder (sociopathy?) and lies seem to fall from her lips like second nature. In fact she’s told so many lies that no one knows when shes actually the truth. A childhood friend even sued her for saying in her book that she was held hostage by a pedophile when it was in fact the friend it had happened to.

Rewatching Sex and the City and can’t even look at Kim Catrall and SJP in the same scene knowing that what went down between them.

I always liked Sarah but it is kind of off putting knowing she treated Kim like that as if she was in secondary school.
I'm rewatching SATC s6 and forgot how annoying and whiny Berger is. What an awful character!

Hi everyone, new here but been lurking for ages. Nothing hugely exciting to add, but I do have a few bits. I know someone who works as road crew for various biggish bands. He's told me that Dave Grohl really is as nice as everyone says. Thom Yorke had someone sacked because their mobile rang while he was talking.

I once saw the man who plays Dev in Corrie at a small Greek airport. He was walking around saying things like 'I hope nobody recognises me' and 'I'm going to keep my head down' until someone did recognise him, and asked him to speak to their mum on the phone as it was her birthday and she was a big fan. He got on the phone and in the loudest voice possible said 'Hi! It's Dev from Coronation Street here!'

One final pretty crap one- I was once in a toilet queue at a festival in front of Melanie C (post-Spice Girls). She was tiny, really pretty and very kind and nice to all the people coming up to her telling her they were fans, despite the fact she'd been queueing for the loo for about 20 minutes!

Currently watching GMB.Anyone got anything on Andi Peters? Was born in the early 80s so was of the era of coming home from school everyday and watching him in the Broomcupboard 🤣🙈.I just find him quite interesting.Does he have a partner? He's always very cleverly escaped the headlines, daytimes Mr Clean.
General consensus is he’s gay as a daffodil being waved by a rainbow unicorn.

She has the face of a cabbage patch doll, she genuinely just got lucky with John. Also if I hear that All of me song one more time, I will smash my car radio in a fit of rage.
Yes! Thank you, I've been trying to work out for ages who she reminds me of 🤣🤣

All of Me is utter shit, it's sort of song people with 'Live, Love, Laugh' stickers play at their weddings, or over a montage of photos!

My aunt (who has learning difficulties) met Matt Smith - she loved Him at the time in doctor who. He was filming close by and loads of fans were there. She asked him for a photo and he pushed past and told her to go away. This is coming from a woman with the mentality of a ten year old so I took it with a massive grain of salt at the time. My other auntie then got close with someone who was working on the set at the time, we told him the story and he agreed with it and said it was likely true, that he was an arsehole and a bit up himself in terms of meeting fans.

He also mentioned once they were filming and Matt was nowhere to be seen so he was sent to look for him, and escorted him out of the toilets having found him doing coke....

That’s my two cents. I live a very lacklustre life so it’s very lacklustre gossip 😅 maybe I was fed a pack of lies but the pair of them swear on it to this day.

Oh, I expect that it is.
Not wanting to derail the thread, but I'm sure most know of relationships where the volatile/violent/controlling person changes the minute the front door closes. Yet is nice as pie when it comes to talking to neighbours, the window cleaner, co-workers, etc. I believe in second chances too but I get the same vibes off him as I do from that odious Stephen "Bear" fella - though he isn't smart or devious enough to hide how horrible he is.

I doubt that an intelligent woman like Linda would have stayed married to Paul if he was a “wife beater”. As for blaming it on the drugs, I always thought Paul and Linda were really into weed, and it’s more likely to put you to sleep than turn you into raging bull !!

I didn't mention drugs. I did say I'm not sure what to think about it.
Stranger things have happened than a beaten wife staying with their husband.

My angry response was in good jest by the way. I just love Friends 😂
Didn't like Friends either, even though some of the jokes were good. Annoying.
And I don't fancy David Beckham.
Blimey this is like the AA

The Beckhams are living a lie.
Aren't they?
The happy couple have to be protected by non-disclosures, and the devoted Dad of Harpic couldn't keep his hands and other extremities off of her teacher, or even use a condom.
Posh the non-singing singer is now the non-designing designer propped up by her priapic husband as a bribe to keep Schtum.
No wonder their kids think careers don't demand talent, determination or passion. They probably think life is like "Mr. Benn" whereby you can be an astronaut one day and a brain surgeon the next.

Ugh. ... Paloma Faith and all her fake cookiness and quirkiness. Any tea?
I mentioned her in an older thread. I have a friend who works in radio and was supposed to interview her. He said she was the biggest cunt he’d ever had to interview. He actually refused to go ahead with it, she tried to back track but he told her to fuck off! 🤣

I can remember every detail of having a stranger put their hands on me, or a work colleague from donkeys years ago.
Also, numerous interactions with famous people or anecdotes about them whilst I was there. I don't think there's anything un-likely about JCFC anecdotes. If she was constantly telling of orgies with A listers, then perhaps, but an un-pleasant experience with Shaw Taylor not so much.
Thankyou!! Although, I once shared a hot tub with Keanu Reeves....and then I woke up 😬😂

Kanye is quite funny. Abortion isn’t normal, but having 2 babies via surrogate is completely normal.

I genuinely dislike the idea of surrogacy it’s basically using a woman’s body as just a vessel. There’s millions of children to be adopted in this world that would love a home.

Rewatching it now makes me shocked at how narcissistic Carrie was. She is the literal definition of a bad friend. She judges everyone, she can’t handle her money and expects Charlotte to loan her money.

All she does is complain about Big when in reality, her and Big deserve one another, she never deserved Aiden. Aiden wanted to make a wife out of someone who was so self centred that she even made Sam’s breast cancer about herself.

The only people I wanted to be friends with in the show is Sam, cause she genuinely doesn’t give a fuck and keeps her business her business and Miranda is just a legend who really can’t be coping with people.

Every character besides Carrie developed over the series. Miranda has a husband who brought her down to earth and made her realise that it was okay to have fun every now and then.

Charlotte realised that just cause he looks perfect and good on paper doesn’t mean that he’s the one for you, hence her ending up with Harry because he loved her for her and treated her the way she deserved to be treated and never judged her for her fertility issues or let his mother become involved in their relationship.

Sam ended up realising that you do need someone to be with and that she can rely on someone to make her feel good, especially when she was suffering with cancer and Smith helped her through it by shaving his head and leaving his gigs early just so she isn’t alone while dealing with being sick from chemo.

Carrie just ended up being the same girl who is babbling about Big and who likes shoes. Like 🤨
I hated that they broke Smith and Samantha up in the films. And how they basically ruined the characters of Steve and Aiden. Then the way they had Samantha behave in the second film, no wonder Kim Cattral was having none of a third!

Could it be down to the late great Mr Wogan that Jimmy Savile never got invited, as far as I know, to be on children in need despite his 'charity work'? Just a thought and nothing to back it up, but if Terry Wogan looked out for young women at the BBC and helped to protect them from creeps it's not inconceivable that as the host for children in need he may have used his clout to keep him well away. Just a thought though x
There were some good people around who knew about Savile but would probably lose their jobs if they spoke up or possibly even worse.
John Lydon "outed" Saville in a TV interview that was consequently banned by the BBC, I remember Savile on Parkinson the same evening as Michael Palin. Palin was his usual jovial, warm and witty self but as soon as Savile walked on set and sat next to him he seemed to have a personality change immediately, you could see his revulsion and he was really abrupt and rude to JS, not like Palin at all so he must have known something.
