I’m not an expert in candle making, I prefer my house to smell Eau de Ikea for £1.79…. But if she’s saying that these are ready to go that’s wrong, a friend of mine does melts and shit (well not shit but u get the drift) and they take 3 weeks plus to cure…. This could be fun though…the candles are a major risk, that's if they actually burn. It takes months if not years of testing to get the right combo of wax and wicks. Yip there is no one size fits all for wicks, it all depends on your wax and container size. Who is her trading standards? I'll report her myself.
