She has no friends, her own family will probably disown her WHEN they find out what she’s done. I would Like to think that usually I’m a really really good judge of character, I don’t think I could’ve been because I used to feel sorry for Ruth. I now have zero sympathy for her, she will have seen what we have seen and chooses to be friends with someone like that. That tells me everything I need to know about her character and I just hope that none of my family and friends ever have her as a nurse

She seemed to be reasonable and she has a good job, but what person can actually justify her friends behaviour. Ruth is either horrible or stupid, because you’d think she would know better.
