She can't be that surprised that she's losing followers. Basically nothing new in the fitness space for a long long time (her original audience). Nothing food centered (she's palmed that off to her flop of an app). Her fashun content is awful. Anything else e.g. Port Douglas holiday has been out of touch. Her mommy vlogger content shows just how 'natchural' a mother she is (no shame in parenthood not coming naturally - it'd be insane if it did for everyone). Given how many people have had or know people who have had children sick in hospital with covid, flu or RSV this year and her whole 'woe is me' attitude, she's really asking for too much for people to always be sympathetic to her especially when making a comment about not wanting to share a room with other people's crying babies.
I feel like the business Sarah’s Day is dated and run its course. Like someone else said in the last thread she is stuck in 2016.

Her original audience that went through the fitness/health/food stage of her channel early on have not only grown up but now know how fucked up advice about fitness (“shredded”) and her disordered eating is, along with how boring and cringy perfectly manufactured instagram profiles are now.

The only thing she's passionate about now is money. Everything she does is centered around making money. The Wellness Week being a prime example. It's literally all about buying her ebooks and products. Even the free stuff like the meal plans requires buying a subscription for her cooking app. It's all a front to make money.

Someone on the other board posted that Sarah shared the boiled egg ricecake recipe on Facebook back in 2020. She's even using the same photos, just cropped differently. Not only is she going to scam people into purchase already published free recipes but she's also using old photos. Tell us again how busy you are sis.

I was resisting making so many posts in one day, but some of the comments on the other site are scathing AND hilarious today. I wish I wouldnt get shadow blocked on here for sharing screencaps from there because its hit some new level of truth telling and funny on that site today. COnsidering how many stans are on there usually sucking Sarah's butthole, this was so refreshing.

Also, isnt she a picture of health and wellness???!?

That recipe is rubbish. What if someone follows the recipe and uses a whole onion
I know most would know now too but you follow a recipe because you want to know amounts.

How is putting toppings on top of a rice cake a recipe?? Her cookbook is going to be such a joke.
Also, I never like to overthink my food. 😂 That’s all she does.

Sare, slipping in a plug for The Loft after I said she’d stopped giving them shout outs even though she loooooooved the owner and their classes 🙄

I’ve also notice she does the thing that American hyper-conservatives do a lot when they’re justifying something harmful. They pick the one thread of truth that would make you an asshole to debate, and then they act like all the other true things that don’t shed such a positive light on them just don’t exist.

Example: My state (and this won’t give my location away because there were many 🫠) was trying to get loads of books banned from public and school libraries. I was part of efforts to make the language of our laws and proposed bills more accessible to the average person. A direct response to folks laying out all the absolutely fucked aspects of the law, was to immediately begin the narrative “well, you don’t want children to have access to pornography! Do you? Are you saying children’s sections should carry PORN?” When, really, our opposition was to banning books about LGBTQ families, health books for kids to learn about their bodies, etc. They NEVER responded to those points because they had no justification. They just knew that we were unable to combat a nuclear topic like “children seeing porn” as effectively as we could “banning books that represent a large majority of children is discriminatory and low-key (high key tbh) fascist.”

Sarah’s Day Example: Sarah is a fairly absent mother. Even when she’s physically present, she does whatever she can to emotionally and mentally distance herself from F and sometimes Mal. She speaks horribly of her husband, seems to take advantage of her family’s ideas about sharing burdens, and refuses to outsource work from her businesses to ensure her products will be worth the money and that the team can offer solid customer support. She knows that there’s also a literal list of really problematic things she’s done over the years, and that public sympathy is waning. So, she’s leaning into the the “I’m a struggling mother” content. Or saying things like “just because I’m a mom doesn’t mean I can’t have a life!” To combat those deflections, people have to be “the asshole.” They have to say “well, you’re not a struggling mother!” which is hard to prove since she can claim she only shows the highlight reel or whatever whatever. Or, if you try to take on her comments about mom’s having lives too, you have to write a very nuanced, essay-like critique of how Sarah DOES have a life and this is an example of her using and abusing her support system. Then, you have to get her fans or casual followers to read what you’ve written and be willing to actually believe you’re not just some hater. It’s not an impossible battle but it’s an uphill one. And she knows it.
FYI this is called a strawman argument 😊

What kills me is she has an entire pilates ROOM with a reformer, she could EASILY afford a private, in home studio session like the Gwyneths and Christys of the world do. Have the trainer or instructor come to her and work around her kids' nap times or even have them in the room with her. Why does she have to GO to the pilates class and employ her family members to watch her offspring? Oh right, the truth: she just wants to get away from her kids because she NEVER has #metime :ROFLMAO:

Bit late to the party but seeing her teach & quiz Fox on 'healthy foods & unhealthy foods' in her vlog is pretty problematic. It's good to teach kids about what foods are the most nutritious when they're older but I wouldn't ever tell them something was a bad food or unhealthy at the age of 3 or 4 when theyre too young to understand why. It ends up instilling such disordered thinking. I was that child & it f*cked up my eating habits for life, gave me food fear & binge eating whenever i could get my hands on the 'bad food' for once.

I’m not an influencer fan whatsoever but my friend just sent me Tammy Hembrow’s birth blog and it was SO much more REAL than Sarah’s? I was actually nearly emotional with Tammy. Sarah over dramatises everything for content and her constant need to fabricate her life makes her ‘real and raw’ feel inauthentic. Makka Pakka’s vlog vs Fox was for lack of better word, a downgrade, and was almost boring.
Sarah, you’re finished, time to hang up the camera and give those borderline flop businesses away and enjoy your family

Tammy's birth vlog was pretty empowering. I don't usually pay much attention to her stuff (& i appreciate not everyone can or chooses to have a natural birth) but damn she smashed it out the park & has been so humble about it unlike Sarah

I watched her birth vlog last night! It was the definition of real and raw. I didn't hear Tammy complain once about her injured hand either... Can you imagine if sarah was in the same situation?? Tammy also haemorrhaged and lost 2L of blood but just added it almost as an after thought in the video. If that happened to sarah I feel like it's ALL she would talk about.

It’s also because she is being paid to sponsor the Loft Gym.

I have to disagree with you.

This is the reality for some mums, our bodies are all designed differently, I looked like Tammy after birth, I lost all my “baby weight” immediately.

I just don’t believe it’s fair that we shoot her down because she has almost gone back to her “normal” size almost immediately after birth, we don’t make comment about mums showing stretch marks, loose skin and the rest.

Sorry, I’m not trying to start a debate and I hope it doesn’t turn in to one. Just a different view to think about :)

Haha all good. Happy for you to disagree!
The place I’m coming from isn’t as such that she shouldn’t be able to show her body after birth. She looks amazing and I have plenty of friends who are the same.
What I don’t appreciate , and I find so many fitness influencers do this, if that they phrase it in a way that the reason they look like that is due to their fitness (insert product here) and if other pregnant buy said product they will look like her.. which isn’t realistic for a lot of women unfortunately!
Pregnant women can be so vulnerable to this sort of marketing and I hate to think they’re being taken advantage of.

I agree 100% with Tammy’s vlog actually being “real and raw”, but it did make Kurt look like a great birth partner in comparison to Matt! Matt was just sitting back while her sisters gave all the support, he wasn’t even holding her hand or next to her when she actually pushed bub out (I’m assuming he was filming, if not, he was MIA)

Also with Sarah’s followers, she’s dug herself a hole, because she’s so inconsistent and doesn’t really have a target demographic anymore. It used to be health. Then she tried being health and pregnancy, then motherhood. And she’s so inconsistent because one day she’s super healthy (so much it’s toxic), then next she’s eating lollies. So you’ve got fans who want the toxic healthy lifestyle, but others who want her to be more relatable, so she’s constantly fluctuating between the two, and both ends are getting over it and losing interest since she’s not consistent or what they want to see from her.

I’m back to apologise, I stand by what I said about postpartum bodies but I did not see her stories this morning, I most definitely do not agree with that.
