Okay, I admit I'm being nasty in my comments but today's stories have pissed me off, even more so than yesterday. I've had five kids and let me tell you Sezzy, that it's pure luck if you bounce back the way you do! With my first child, I was a size 6, gained nearly 40kg during pregnancy and my daughter was only 3kg at birth, and I went back to being a size 6 in about 3 months.
No workouts. No watching what I eat, unless you count me looking at it before I put it in my mouth.
Next child - Same.
Next child - Was 5kg heavier than postpartum.
Next child - Was another 7kg heavier than postpartum.
Next child - Was another 7-8kg heavier than postpartum.
Seriously, just stop!
When you're growing a baby you are meant to eat well and REST after work, not push yourself at the gym. You are forming a human from scratch, not having a big xmas dinner. God, she pisses me off.
