Guysssss, she doesnt give a tit about customer service. Heck, she doesnt even have customer service!!! Just a bunch of her minions friends who double up as editors/graphic/designers/babysitters/email answerers.
We know this by now. She may make it look like she has a "team", but all she has is a couple of yes men who do it all and are most likely not good at the job AND underpaid, so how can anyone expect customer service from this trainwreck?
This is part of her playbook. Release a shoddy product, dont give any thought to the marketing campaign, dont make any effort to ensure you dont continue in your very solid track record of being problematic, release said problematic campaign, DISAPPEAR, lay low, come back and behave like it's a new day.
Shehas done this OVER and OVER and OVER. Why are we surprised?
I have to say, I like how quiet she is. Her silence is palpable and speaks volumes of how out of her depth and constantly receding into the background she is. She may continue to sell crappy products but without her content she is going to be irrelevant and it doesnt look like she's interested in trying to learn, be better or reinvent herself. In my eyes, she is digging the tunnel to her own irrelevance.
