it’s sickening that she’s encouraging, nay, mandating, body checking, as part of this ‘8 week’ challenge. It shows zero insight into how much of problem she had and still has. She never changed from her restrictive and damaging ways. Scummy is just doing what so many (myself once included) with EDs attempt to do to get people off their backs about their disorder. That is, feign a recovery narrative whilst simultaneously desperately and ever more manipulatively holding on to their illness behaviours. We’ve likely all seen it in someone else our ourselves. But the fact that Scummy is literally selling this, and marketing to the ED community, is reprehensible

Every decent, attentive and involved parent has times when they run around with their child (those blessed with the physical ability). It's a shame we 1 only see Kurt doing this and 2 that her first thought is to compare it to working out.

To me this just feels like confirmation that she wanted to launch this in time for the toxic ‘new year, new me’ diet culture that surrounds the new year period.
She literally could have launched next week instead and been around for the inevitable ‘I can’t open my ebook’ complaints that have happened every launch.
Coupled with her ‘to the girls with eating disorders’ reel, it’s pretty disgusting. Clearly preying on a certain type of demographic here.

It’s 2022. We don’t need before and after photos. Personally I’ve put on a bunch of weight thanks to covid, lockdown and a parent illness. But in my PT session last week I PBd my squat! I’d be fascinated to see an actual before and after photo from her after completing her own 8-week program. Except one doesn’t exist. Because she’s never completed it. Her results were obtained after MONTHS of working with a certified trainer and severe calorie restriction. How anyone thinks she achieved anything from completing her own “program” (aside from making BANK) is beyond me.
