It's funny how Sophie posts eating donuts sometime while still having that fit figure, clearly cause she's a dancer. But I wonder what Sezza thinks of that. If she ever tells her not to eat that tit because it's horrible for her health. I think Sophie knows Sarah is not ok. Kurt is too chilled to care. He is the typical "whatever" dude. Her sisters,mm Em for sure thinks Sara is screwed up. And Tahlia and her parents act like everything is fine. But who definitely reject Sezzabrat is Kurt's sister, Kate the sis in law and Kurt's mom.
Tanika seems to me like "I do what I need to do but I think what I want to think". By the way , why isn't Tanika lean, shredded XS gal, when her bestie's e-book is so awesome and would give her that "Sarah approved" body?!
I also think that because she's tied her brand so closely to being "healthy" (in her definition - that means Clean, paleo, anything without the devil ingrediants of wheat, dairy and refined sugar), she's too scared to branch out because of money, and her fear of gaining weight.
We all know Sarah does what she wants for her own motives. If she genuinely thought that having a more balanced diet could result in a healthier, happier life for herself (because it would, it's like a ripple affect to every part of your life), then she would do it. She would go out more, enjoy herself and be looser with her food choices. BUT. She's had a taste of how much money she can earn in the health and fitness industry. If she was making
tit all money from her health content than she would change what she's doing (i mean we can see that with all of the pregnancy/mum content). Her love of sucking in as much money as she can from vulnerable viewers + her fear of gaining weight = beliefs and views that she is not willing to change any time soon.
And when I say her fear of gaining weight, i realised it's also an issue of her being too scared to try new things at all. This is something that i think people realise at their own pace, but staying in your comfort zone does not allow growth. That's why she doesn't like camping, surfing, any activity that she can either "fail" at or embarrass herself in. IT'S NOT A BAD THING TO FAIL. But she clearly does not understand that.
Expanding her diet, changing her workouts, travelling outside of her town or just going out more and socialising with new people is outside of her comfort zone. Something Sarah is not willing to try or experience, not just for her own gain but for her entire family. She's wrapped in these "what if" scenarios, and it makes me sad to see it control her life (eg,"what If I give some wheat to fox and he becomes sick? that's it, he only gets GF food" - her logic). If someone is unwilling to feel short term discomfort and go outside of their comfort zone, they will never change. Her family could reach out to her, but 'you can't force a horse to drink'. I don't see things changing for Sarah unless she takes a hard look at herself and her life and realises it could be a lot more (in terms of really experiencing life at the fullest). I look at other youtubers (eg kane and pia), and their lives seems a lot more fuller and happier just because they always try new things, but are flexible as well. Then you watch one of Sarah's videos and it feels like groundhog day with a negative mood slapped on top.
I know this is a long post but I have had a fair bit of experience with people and addictions and Sarah has a lot of similar behaviours to some of my family members. in the end of the day I know we would love for Sarah to change not just for herself but for everyone else that her behaviours affect. Kurt, fox, her sisters, her parents, her thousands of fans (I refuse to say 1 mil followers because half are probably bots). I know everyone in this community has a genuine heart and good morals and that's why we feel like we need to be shedding light on her problematic behaviours. Sarah may or may not ever change. I used to say that I hope she does for her own benefit, but now I really hope she changes for Fox and anyone that comes across her content so they don't fall into the same habits and behaviours that she has.
I think I'll be taking a break from here. It's easy to become invested in this stuff but it's also addictive haha. i'll be detoxing for a week.
i'm sure when im back there will be another big scandal
and they probably want to side with her so she will look after them later in life
